I booked for someone else. The first room had holes in the bed sheets, twice, and was obviously dirty. Cops arriving onsite for some reason was interesting. The level of arguing between other room for hours was clearly audible.

Location was fine. Close to area of our destination and Sacred Heart Church and Denny's.
The most serious objection we had was that, although there were signs all over the place that it was a non-smoking facility, you could gag on the smell of smoke in the elevator! There was a faint smell of smoke in the room we stayed in. I had to air everything out when I got home. My daughter was coughing her head off. A minor complaint was that the top sheet on my bed was torn.

The location was in a great spot next to plenty of food options and even convenience store so we could buy supplies that we forgot to pack.
The room wasn't ready at 3 pm, had to wait in my car for 30 extra minutes while they wait to clean the room. The room was fully of ants and other bugs in the bathroom and the water pressure was poor in the shower. The mini fridge wasn't keep our drinks cold and there wasn't any wash clothes to use in the shower. Overall I was very disappointed in my stay.

It was close to food and shopping
It was filthy. There was a fight between 4-5 guys,
outside my door, that left me shaking and fearing for my safety. I had to call the desk clerk to have him come walk outside with me. It reeked of pot smoke. They gave me a hard time about letting my service dog stay in the room with me. Drunk guy staying above me was beating on his girlfriend til 2 am. The dust ruffle on the bed was covered in “bodily fluids”. Even my dog didn’t want to stay in that room.

clean rooms, efficient utilities, TV options were good, and the beds were nice. We came to stay for an ultimate frisbee tournament and were relaxing and sleeping in the rooms comfortably at the end of the day
That there weren't enough towels provided for how many of us were in the room. (we had 4 guests in a room and i specified that to the booking as well)

their wasn’t any offer.
the outside of the property wasn’t clean, neither was the room. And then the room had a really bad smell to the room and bugs inside the room!!!
