The property was easy to find and close to everything you may possibly need from stores to restaurants. The area is clean and quiet and we felt very safe staying here with our daughter.

No spa. It was advertised on the booking site and that is the only reason we rented the room. We were very disappointed by this but the stay was fine. The main website does not show the spa so it was not the hotel's fault. We would have booked elsewhere if known.

These beds were so comfortable! We had no issues falling asleep at all and the curtains kept all the light out for naps or sleeping in. The coffee in the morning was very good, the staff was helpful, and the hotel was beautiful.
The area has quite a few iffy gas stations, etc. When at the hotel we stayed in the hotel or on the property. It isn't an area for morning walks and what not. The coffee maker gave us a few issues, but at least it worked!

We never stayed. We were scammed out of our grandsons Christmas gift and deposit, so I canceled reservations, we didn't need to make the trip since we were scammed. Hilton Garden still charged us full amount. Heartless

Location of hotel, and the majority of the staff that we had any interaction with were nice.
Unable to contact anyone by phone to resolve room issues. No advance information or knowledge on the $40 per night hold placed on credit card. No advance knowledge of lack of free breakfast. Requested ground floor, and was placed on top floor. Stayed 2 nights and room was never cleaned. Booked at this particular hotel due to the fact that our previous stays were a LOT more pleasurable. Oh, and the complimentary coffee in the room was HORRIBLE, and did not like the cane sugar provided, in the room and/or in the lobby.

The room was quiet and clean; bed very comfortable.
We booked the room because the booking indicated you had a restaurant and bar. Both were closed; it was stated that it was due to staff shortage. We would not have booked if we had been aware of this. Regarding the room, the refrigerator was turned off, so hot when we arrived..making it rather useless. The door of the frig was not able to completely close. The room entrance door was hard to open/close...

The front door was slow to open, you would have to wait so several seconds almost to the point you would think it wasn't going to open. Other than the front door mechanics everything was wonderful. All of the employees were very nice and helpful
