The location

It was dirty had to have a room change because of dead bugs in the room, cable went out and front desk was horrible

I don’t eat pork and that’s all that they served there they could have had turkey beef or chicken

Staff at restaurant,front desk and housekeeping were nice efficient and professional.

VENDING MACHINE

I stopped over for one night. The first room that I got was infested with lady bugs. The second room had a broken toilet with no hot water.

Quiet clean large rooms.

Staff at reception and breakfast curt and unfriendly. Breakfast basic and service mediocre Reception unhelpful and lack local knowledge. Initial room unmade on arrival and receptionist told us nothing else available but housekeeping insisted and a room was found. Too much hassle. A similar situation elsewhere resulted in a free night. Here there wasn’t even an apology

Customer service was excellent from everyone we had contact with. From the gentlemen that checked us in to the people in the restaurant, to the individuals who provided room service. Everyone was friendly and very accommodating! We have stayed here several times. We love the on site restaurant and bar!

We missed having a small refrigerator in the room.

Bed comfort.

Didn’t eat there as the times were limited, please was generally dirty it could use a good deep clean.

Location was easy to find, and easy access to everything
