I am very disappointed that booking .com would even sponsor this place. The entire motel was under construction with boards, tools, nails gas cans outside our door. One window was broken with plywood on the outside and broken glass on the inside. The room was so dirty that our socks were black after we briefly walked on the floor. When we complained they told us that they would not refund our money or change our room. I would never stay again. I have used booking.com for about 10 years but will use another booking site from now on

I am a repeat customer at this location. It is convenient to highways and shopping. This is my favorite Red Roof Inn. The outside is really well lit. I feel very safe here. The front desk personnel are friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff is amazing. The room was really clean(even the top of the artwork on the wall was immaculate). The bed was comfortable and the motel was quiet. They had fresh, hot coffee and a lot of breakfast choices. Always a great experience.

It was our second time staying there in a month n it was expected! I guess the location could be better! We traveled almost 6 miles off I-81 to the hotel! We usually try to stay at motels right off the Interstate! Other than that, everything was good!

The room was clean, but smelled stale: as if it was a former smoking room. I woke up with a sore throat.

The only thing I liked about this place was the staff at the front desk. Alicia was very helpful . And she made things better for us. She was very customer oriented.
The first room we went into smelled like smoke even though I booked a non smokers room. I had my 10 month old baby with me and would never subject him to a room that reeked of cigarettes. The next room we were given smelled musty and old . Still better than cigarettes

It was in close proximity to where we needed to be
The room was supposed to be no smoking and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The furniture had stains. Given 2 towels for four adults.

They discounted the room, that's it.
Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke.
They staff didn't believe us.
The exterior of the property was run down, looks sketchy and not well lit at night, our neighbors were loud and awake until like 1am and then back up at loud and knocking on our door around 5am.

The room was really big and there were two with a kitchenette and being on the first floor.
My room was switched at least twice. Normally I like being on the first floor, but the people above me had toddlers waking me up at 6am. The building needs better sound proofing.

We absolutely LOVED staying here!!
Sonnie at the front desk is a phenomenal woman and all the rest of the staff are friendly and kind.
The whole place is clean, quiet and cozy!
We will be going back East and will absolutely stay there again!
We travel all over the US and to date…. THIS Was the Best hotel we have been to ever!

it was a construction zone. it was very creepy and felt unsafe. the photos on bookings did not show the true picture of this location. it was way too expensive for it’s condition. the room we occupied was clean but all the furniture was “ beat up and needs replacing. the pillows needed replacing as well as the mattress. towels threadbare.

Good location.
In the middle of renovation, building was semi beat-down. Bed sheet was NOT clean in our King upgraded room, where we found plenty of long (female) hair. Couldn’t sleep all night due to thin walls, several construction guys bizarrely“hanging out” in front of the building talking it up til 3:30am. Continental breakfast was typical. Pay $20-30 more and stay elsewhere if you can.
