The curtains were stained with what appeared to be dried blood, the sheets were dirty, there were stains on the blanket, the phone in the room didn't work and the tv got 5 channels.

Breakfast was good, except one day that we were there. I believe they had someone else covering the space and they didn't put out milk, or fill the drink machine. Had to ask for products to be filled

The website did not state the rooms were showers only, was unexpected. Walls were textured and gross with build up. Drawers busted so didn't work. Fridge has freeze section solid ice, carpets need vacuumed. Door to restroom needs to be wiped down, toilet paper holder was broken (not expensive to fix). They have a public washer/dryer to use (2.00 each use), but the area is really gross and if you look behind the machine you wonder how there has been no fire. The staff was friendly and it worked for our needs but we didn't spend a lot of time there. Also no screens on windows, and the locks were broken on the window/safety concern. Lock on bathroom door is broken and the handle for that door being that heavy is a cutting hazard.

I'm not sure if the man is the owner or just a manager, but this man thinks he can treat you and speak to you however he pleases. I rented a room for 2 days with my family my wife and daughter first night we were fine that morning I leave for work the man is at my room screaming and yelling and my wife to get her s*** packed and get out of his motel that we didn't pay for our room had my wife crying and tears every time she tried to speak he screamed at her more I've called the police you have 10 minutes to vacate this man did not check his computer to see if there was some type of error because the lady that check this in put us in room 115 but in the computer it said we were in 207 so it look like nobody was supposed to be in room 115. So when he figures out the error was. He comes in acts like he's trying to help us out giving us a comp night when actually we pay for both the night we never received any kind of compensation for the way he treated my wife and my daughter. He is so damn lucky my wife wouldn't let me go in there and beat his damn head in. The lady at the front desk that checked us in doesn't even speak English. And you don't get any type of receipt until you check out, so my wife was left with nothing to show him as proof of payment. She tried explaining we paid through Booking.Com. He doesn't care what a female has to say. If they try and speak he keeps cutting them off. There has to be some place to file a formal complaint. This man shouldn't be in the hospitality business. He's going to pop off to the wrong people and someone's going to end up hurting this man. He's even went as far as telling us we couldn't even take our breakfast up to our room and eat it but then why is there a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms if you're not allowed to eat food in the rooms one of the housekeepers told us that he is never said that to anybody else except for us.

After paying for my first night's stay through booking I decided to go ahead and pay for a 2nd night directly to Sleep Inn. So I had 2 nights paid for. The morning after my first night's stay the General Manager came to my door and said I had to leave because I only paid for one night. After politely trying to explain the situation and how I paid for the 2 night's along with proof of payment on my phone. He still tried to throw myself and my 8 year old daughter out called the cops on me as well. He eventually came back and said that he "compted" me a night which he technically did not cuz I paid for it. The a few days later I noticed that they ran one of my cards for a night's stay that I didn't approve of and of which I had been paying cash or through booking to avoid any more bad situations. The receipt they gave me doesn't even match my card number or the amount I paid. The GM here is extremely rude towards woman's especially and has NO business being in the hospitality business!

Very nice clean hotel and friendly staff. We will definitely be staying here again in 4 months

When I went to check out I waited 10 min on someone to get at the front desk but no one came but other than that everything was great

the bedding was dirty and the shower and sink had hair inside. You could tell they use the same bedding from the last person who stayed in the room and didn't clean the bathroom the correct way

nice well lit parking area, easy access to the interstate.

Dated, needs upgrade, shower door leaks, front desk clerk hard to understand, spoke very little English. Riff / Raff hanging around the parking lot.

Stayed 2 nights, room was clean, bed was ok, shower was ok, was satisfactory for a two nights stay.

good fresh coffee, breakfast was amazing!! staff was very attentive and answered any questions I had! the room was spotless and clean

parking was a little bit of a headache Saturday night. other than that no complaints
