Breakfast was ok. Good amount of parking. Fair value. Bed wasn't terrible.
Room AC was freezing (65 degrees?). No bar of soap only body wash. No washcloth. Super slow elevator. Cookies FOR SALE at front desk.

The room was not as clean or well maintained as I would expect for that price.
The room was outdated. Look to be previously flooded from the water marks on the wall. Cracks in wall. Bed was like a cardboard.

We have always found the rooms to be spacious and clean. The breakfast and common areas are clean and not cramped. Good selection of food/drink for breakfast as well as at the front desk. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location set back from the main road but within walking distance to Cracker Barrel and IHop if you arrive late and don’t want to drive for food.
The elevators are on the slow side so if you’re running late to something take the stairs!

The location was good. Being right off the exit, it made it easy to get on I26 and get everywhere we needed.
There was only one working elevator, which was also used as a service elevator. It was very slow and felt as though it may give out at any moment. On checkout day there were a line of people waiting for the elevator, including housekeeping with their big carts. We ended up having to take the stairs from the 4th floor with all of our luggage.
Also, this property could use an overhaul. The carpets in the lobby were very dirty no amount of vacuuming can help. There was also mold in the bathrooms so bad that my husband developed a cough while staying there, which he is still battling.

The service was kind and on time and the location and amenities.
The front desk double-charged my credit card and refused to send an email explanation or even pick up the phone. They also would not give me the name or help to clear the charge.

breakfast was good, sausage could be cooked a little more, they looked boiled. the staff at the front desk were great!! the bed was very soft and comfortable. the room service parm fries were the best thing i ate all weekend.
our room key opened every door EXCEPT the door from outside back into the pool area. Nobodys cards were working at that door. there were quiet a few people not picking up after their dogs back in the smoking area, it got tracked all over the sidewalk by someone and in the door outside our room, it also made the area queit fly infested and smelly in the heat.

The staff were welcoming and the place was really clean!
Elevator on the left would sound bad and knock loudly when getting to 5th floor. Another person staying there had their vehicle broken into which didn’t make us feel the best. Since it’s close to a highway we had to make sure the air fan was turned on high so we didn’t hear the constant traffic!

Einfach alles, tolles modernes Hotel zu gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Gute Anbindung and Charleston, in 20 Minuten ist man Mitten im Geschehen (South Point, King St.). Dazu nettes zuvorkommendes Personal! Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr gut (tolle Auswahl!).

The room was nice and had a lot of space. There was plenty of space sit and watch TV. The breakfast was delicious and the coffee was just what I needed.
I didn't know and the staff didn't relay to me the cleaning of the room policy. We were there 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. On the second day , we got new towels and trash bags. The room however was not cleaned. The two days I had to find housekeeping to get more clean towels.

I’m 4 hours from home in Charleston and I go to check in and they inform me of the reservation being the night prior. I’ve never had issues with booking.com until now. Called customer service and they pretty much told me there wasn’t anything they could do. Now stuck looking for a place to stay tonight. Thanks booking.com.😡

Very clean, snacks available 24 hours, very large rooms, comfortable beds, tasty breakfast, full size toiletries, coffee and tea in the rooms, fridge in room, friendly staff!
The elevator is a little bit on the slow side but we just planned ahead. Quite a bit of airplane noise on the 5th floor but we got used to it. Minor things in comparison to everything else that was lovely.

The location is easily accessible to shopping, restaurants & the freeway. The facility was clean and the room was large with a very comfortable bed. The guest representative at check in was very friendly, recommended restaurants & was quick getting me checked in.
The A/C is not central & the unit is right next to the bed & blows the air on you. The shower pressure is very weak & needs to be adjusted. The hotel is dog friendly & on the way out all I could hear down the hall was two little dogs barking at 8:30am. As I waited for the elevator they continued barking & all I was thinking was thank goodness I wasn’t on that hall.

The beds and pillows were very uncomfortable and from midnight until 4am we could here whoever was above us running and jumping on the floor above keeping us up most of the night.

No housekeeping for my three night stay hallway was dirty. The trash can near the elevator on the 5th floor was overflowing for two days.

Breakfast was great. Staff lovely and very accomodating. Location was good and free parking was very appreciated. Rooms clean and big. Would stay again!

Location and staff
Water took several minutes to get hot in both the sink and shower. I came with a pet, but the area designated for pets was so overgrown with vegetation I had to walk him at neighboring hotels whose yard was maintained. All areas, including directly in front of the hotel, had overgrown grass.

Stay here frequently when I travel to Charleston. Always clean, beds are comfortable and the breakfast is always good.

Needs an upgrade. The hotels are charging a pretty penny for an outdated and dingy looking property.

I loved the hospitality and the breakfast was really good and very filling it was actually the best continental breakfast I've had in a while I also loved being on the 5th floor and looking out my hotel window mixed with the air on it made for a cozy stay
I didn't like how there was no microwaves in the rooms and this is probably just me personally but the pool area seemed like it could have used a power washing

There wasn’t a microwave in the room. The elevator seemed it wasn’t working correctly at times. It was slow to open and close.
