service poor they didn’t clean the room day after with an excuses they don’t want to bother us

I was unable to use the pool and jacuzzi due to the extremely strong chlorine smell . So strong that my eyes and lungs started to burn out in the hallway.

Location close to university. Nice TV and big space.

Sore back from the beds on multiple visits. Breakfast is limited. Loud heating unit.

Good location to Cornell University.

Front desk staff was very resistant to our reservation modification.

Spacious room with kitchenette. Well- equipped. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Nice breakfast spread with fresh fruit, yoghurt and includes waffle machine etc etc. Large lobby and outdoor seating area.

Location was great. Breakfast was extremely poor compared to other Hilton properties I stay at. Hotel room was beautiful.

Internet was worthless especially for someone like myself staying there for work reasons. Gym was small and poor. There should be a much larger more equipped gym like most Hampton Inns are now putting in. Its a point of attraction for a biz traveler. The breakfast was awful - underpar for the free breakfasts at Hampton Inns. Although the rooms were nice the public areas looked a bit tired. Also the snack pantry in the lobby was the worst I have ever seen at a Hilton property.

Breakfast has few healthy items (no fresh fruit, only 1 type of milk and yogurt as examples) There was no housekeeping done, we were not informed about this when checking in We were told upon check in that there were free refreshments served the following evening. After racing back to the hotel after a full day of hiking we were disappointed to learn we were given incorrect information. overall it seems covid was used as a reason for all of these issues. I recently returned from a trip to Europe where we had daily housekeeping and fresh fruit and a large selection of food at breakfast. Customers in North America are not getting value for our travel dollars at all, with covid being the reason. we were 2 adults staying a few days at the hotel and we were given just 2 pods of coffee?

The room is well equipt, very good breakfast includind ehgs, waffel, salad, fruits, yogurt, cirials atc. There was an additional free 17:00-19:00 nice meal. Very nice hotel for families travelling Ithaca area. The main bed was comfortable.

I wish there was a safe in the room. On our arrivel the room was ready but the bed for the kids not - i waited for 40 min, and eventually had to make the bad by myself - something i don't wish to do on my vecation. Plus, one of the employees was very rude, but the manager solved it. The soffa bed wasn't that comfortable.
