Location. Big pool
Limited breakfast choices, outdated, no fruit, pool closes at 9, uncomfortable beds.

Property was good
Service wasnt the greatest. For the price we paid, was disappointing that breakfast wasnt included. Had to pay an additional $15US per person. Rooms werent cleaned during the day, has to call and ask for clean towels.

Breakfast not included in the price. I think breakfast should be included @ no extra cost since you are staying in your hotel.

It was ok.
That 5 minutes before 9, chairs were blocking entrance to breakfast.. then we were reluctantly told we could come in, but take our food to go, while others were sitting and enjoying their meal watching us guests, stuff a box with left over breakfast items.

Staff was nice
It was advertised to have a hot tub at the facility. Which upon arrival it was discovered that it had been removed.

The hotel and rooms were very clean, staff was very nice and helpful, nice indoor pool, conveniently located, great breakfast

I originally picked this hotel because I was bringing my grandkids for New Year’s Eve for the pool experience and someone pooped in the pool which close the pool on the first night I was there and the pool did not open back until I left . but they did reimburse me one night thanks so much for that.
The property did not have no food on site mo breakfast or nothing The snacks that they was offering was very high in cost

The housekeeping staff was AWESOME and so very helpful. My room was nice and comfortable.

The hot tub has been discontinued from pool area and I asked before booking and was told it was available.

Booked a King room months in advance. when arrived was given a room with 2 full size beds. How can you not have the room if it was booked months in advance. Also booked here because it had a bar. but bar was never open.

I checked into a dirty room… beds were not made the bathroom had towels on the floor and tooth brush used in a cup.
