I called early to say I was going to be late for the check in. Later, they said there is no booking under my name and to figure it out with the third party. They charged my card and stole 68$

The worst place i’ve been - room was a extremely dirty. Ton’s of dust. the floor hasn't been washed in months . Whole in the bathroom’s wall, air conditioning so dirty we had to turn it off. Dirty sheets and towels, and that smell…

Hopefully next time I stay, I will not be stalked and or harassed. Too much banging on the walls and heavy stomping on the floor above. I did have a very nice little dog. Some people complained to staff. They did inform me. Massah has a chip in her since birth. I am Vested Gov. As a professor.

Nothing, this is a disaster for a new strain of COVID. This place is disgusting, garbage everywhere, Asked for adjacent rooms because I brought my grandchildren with me. Ages 10, 8 and 5; called the hotel the next day to confirm I had adjacent rooms. Assured me that I had the adjacent room. I was travelling from Indiana and did not want to come and be disappointed. Got to hotel a little before six p.m. or a little after. Cold outside this young lady pointed me to come to the side of the window, Did not invite me inside and it was cold outside. Had me sign some paperwork. Gave me two keycards one for room 128 and one for 311. Advised, what happen to me having adjacent rooms awww, we do not have them. Stated the young lady. I have children under ten which you all knew and assured me that I would have adjacent rooms. Well, we do not have any more rooms. Sooo, went to Mcdonald's to get food and went by my son place in Waukegan and advised to meet us at hotel.
Well, when we came back the elevator did not work. Okay, I stated we need to exercise so let's hit the stairs. Garbage was everywhere. Took about five minutes to get inside the room in 311. Once, inside we closed the door, it looked like it was still open. If someone wanted to give the door a good kick the door would have opened. Children set at table ate food. The room was dirty, spread on top had a stain on it. the countertop had stains on them. Children stated grandmom this place is nasty can we leave. First, we pass a lot of garbage and now the room is nasty. Advised, we had a long ride eat your food and try to relax. After eating the children wanted to pull the cover back and laydown and this is when I looked in disbelief. The sheets had stains on them that looked like dried up blood, and brown spots. Had enough gather our belongings and left. Pictures do not lie, yes I have them.
Of course, I have pictures and pictures do not lie.
Everything, people walking around looking like zombies.

it was hard to check in at night, it was late and I had to call to be checked in, and had to wait outside in the cold.

it was nasty asl in it felt like bugs was crawling there was pee stains and the cealig was leaking I left at 3 am in had to find another hotel

Nothing! We did not stay here due to the smoke smell in the rooms and my daughter is allergic. I was told I would not be charged but I was charged on 9/22/2022 and still have not been reimbursed, I had since contacted my bank to get it resolved since booking.com is of no help whatsoever! I am very disappointed in everything from customer service at the hotel and customer service through booking.com
I wish I could have a better review for both, but I have to be honest and have nothing positive to say about either.
Smoke smell in room, not clean. Manager was very rude and of no help at all. Didn't stay due to the smoke smell and I am still trying to get reimbursed after over a month. Did not feel safe at the property with my daughter.

The floors were dirty had to use a towel to mop the floors and the towel was black after words. The bed was a queen mattress on a full sized frame so the mattress hun over the side. Could not connect to wifi only had twn channels on tv all news. The walls and stairways were nasty. Went to get more towels and in a room with three people they only gave me one towel and one wash cloth. The hot and cold water are backwards. It was a horrible stay will never ever return

It was absolutely filthy and the pictures they used are an absolute lie. The woman working at the front desk asked us if we wanted to see the room before we checked in because she knew we wouldn’t be staying with it. The room was the most disgusting room I’ve ever been in. We opened the door, walked in, and walked right back out to get a refund. It was absolutely horrific.

It was a simple room with all the basic expected amenities. Clean with all the supplies.
I did not return for more days because of the attitude of the woman at the front desk and because I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. There was no help or interest to help.

They had no breakfast and I liked nothing about this places the rooms were not up to part everything was nasty in our rooms kitchen stove was rusted and dirty this was the first room we got it smell badly the nest were everywhere toilet leaked in all 3 rooms we did get another room the next day and it to had its ups and downs only one eye worked on the stove we still had nests in this room as well we had to take our dirty towels to the office just to get clean ones not one time did we see housekeeping the whole time we were there and we been there for 6 days and that's mess up l will never go to this places again or will I Recommend it to family or friends l had problems with the washer and dryer when to tell the manager and she told me to call some number on the wall after l said how that's going to help me because I was leaving tomorrow she never came out the office to even see the problem not happy at all it was a lot of homelessness people living there find out you can rent it l had Lyft drivers telling us not to stay there not a good place at all now you no something wrong with that every person we meet said don't go there go somewhere else
Better service and checking the places over would have helped

We didn’t end up staying at this facility. It was absolutely disgusting. Looks like there hasn’t been anyone there to clean the room in awhile. Floors were gross like it had never been mopped

The mattress was flipped upside-down so we were literally sleeping on box springs and the other side had a huge blood stain on it! Not even a mattress protector on it! Absolutely disgusting

The elevator didn't work all weekend made it difficult for 2 handicap people to walk up the stairs, there was no maid service all weekend also
