The staff that we had dealings with were very friendly

No hot water, water would not drain, no tissues, bathroom ceiling falling, toilet running every 15 minutes. Waiting to hear from someone in management..

I travel annually to Charleston sc and I stay at your facility coming and going. Since I travel alone, I feel safe and secure. I've tried others in area and I keep coming back to you

Location and breakfast

Bed pillows were like square throw pillows. We requested real pillows and they no longer have them. Bathroom was dirty. Tub was discolored and sticky.

Everything was to our satisfaction or even exceeded them.

Exceptional staff. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. Rosa and her breakfast crew took care of us like family. The receptionist went out of their way to assist us too

The breakfast was not too great because the eggs were ice cold and the sausages were hit or miss, meaning some were completely overcooked. The rest was good but most people are going for the hot food so that needs improvement.

The staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were impeccable. My only complaint about the facilities is that the fitness center should have been opened much earlier.

We have never met such friendly staff , Harold checked us in and he was so sincerely nice and welcoming. Every staff member across the hotel were exceptionally nice and great at their job . Breakfast was fantastic and we loved the pool . Beds so comfy too !

The interior of the hotel/rooms doesnt match up with how wonderful the staff are . The decor is tired and old fashioned . Rooms were very hot even with AC( really noisy AC)

Location is convenient to I-95. Breakfast is on par with other Hampton Inns. Staff is courteous and very friendly.

great desk managers, love the beverage station in the lobby. After 15 hours on the road, the flavored water was like a gift from the gods! very comfortable bed, nice fridge and microwave available. Great breakfast staff, good food selection. Great to have manager’s presence helping out.

Room had not been cleaned when I arrived at 5:20 even though I was expected between and 5-6 pm. Refrigerator in room 310 made noises late at night that disturbed my sleep.

right off I 95 so location is great!

we did not have hot water in our shower, this was very disappointing!!!! Bed was ok but not the best! Our card wouldn’t work to let us in the side door when we were packing our things up.

Breakfast was very nice, and Rose was incredible. Such a lovely woman making sure that every guest had everything they needed.

I travel from Florida and have stayed here before. We bring our dog with us for holidays, and I think 50.00 for the night for a fully trained standard poodle is excessive. I pay that as a daily boarding fee. I received an email in response to a message sent via booking.com stating there would be no additional charge. A friend stayed at the Holiday Inn in Roanoke Rapids on the same day with her dog with no pet fee.

Breakfast was very very good.

Check in person said she was going to apply a senior discount but never did.
