Perfect location and kind staff

Super noisy rooms, could hear everything while trying to sleep.

The location was perfect. It was close to everything we needed. We came for a concert so it was very ideal.

The walls were paper thin. The night we arrived there was this group of girls that kept slamming doors, talking loudly in the hallway, etc. I had to call downstairs to let management know to come and handle it. It was the middle of the night! Loud music blaring and I don’t think it was handled because they just kept being loud and obnoxious.

very much everything else, breakfast was on the weaker side for a Hampton Inn. The afternoon evening staff were playing video games in the lobby!! unprofessional for my wife and I. Though the young man was nice. Digital key only worked half the time. All external doors are looked 24/7 got multiple stories for the reason, our story is keep the homeless out, as well others as there is an adult school across the street. Place needs a update.

Convenient to downtown and relative’s condo; large rooms; quiet

No laundry; no housekeeping for four days even though it was requested daily; toilet didn’t flush regularly

The breakfast had fresh fruit which is something you don't normally get.

I arrived at the hotel exhausted from a bike trip and they wouldn't let me to check in. I had already paid for my room via booking.com, but apparently the hotel did not recognize my payment and asked me to pay again (!!!) So while being locked out, I had to make several phone calls to booking.com support to resolve the situation. They said they would handle it (and that I have indeed paid for my room) but they could never convince the front desk person (Johny) to let me in my room. So I had to use my credit card and pay a second time for the room I had already paid via booking.com ($271x2). So now I have paid $572 for a single night in the hotel. I mean, it is not my problem when two organizations don't trust each other. If Hampton doesn't trust payments from booking.com maybe not have a listing at booking.com in the first place? That would make things much simpler. I have better things to do in my vacation than paying double prices for a room I had already booked and paid online. To top off this bad experience the room was full of bed bugs (see attached photos)
