Such a mess. I booked and paid for a different property. They called day of arrival and said that the property I paid for was double booked. They moved us to a different property about 2 miles from the one I paid for assuring us it was comparable. They offered us early check in at alternative property...THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. Called multiple times to get access to unit, talked to 4 people, all assuring us we could get in....NOTHING. Finally allowed access at 330 pm when promised 10 am. Train noise all night. Car noise all the time. Would not stay again

The location is ideal for visitors to the area - major shops and dining options easily accessible. The property was very clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Getting into the building was an absolute nightmare!!! We didn't receive proper entry instructions until a few hours before our arrival which was really awkward since we came in on a 10 hour flight. The address of the building is deceptive because we actually ended up in the building next door so the package that we had sent by courier actually got lost. We had no idea where to collect mail and there is nobody to ask anything about anything. Took 3 days to figure out where to throw the trash.
The FIVE different sheets of instructions about what is not allowed in the premises was very intimidating. $600 fine for this or $200 fine for that... it was difficult to just relax and enjoy the space. Instructions for using the TV system were not very clear... ended up hardly using it at all.

Communication was really poor and never smooth. I felt like I was always chatting with a robot. Each time I send a request or inquiry, I got tons of auto replies and never the reply I wanted, which was really frustrating. The laundry machine was placed right next to the bed, which made a huge noise... There was a nice family-size dishwasher but there were only minimum number of glasses, cup and dishes so I needed to wash them after each meal, meaning the dishwasher was useless. Overall, i felt that the entire service, facility was just for business and didnt feel any courtesy.

I did not receive any invoice by mail. I had to call your billing dept to get the invoice.

Poor service and staff. Do not approve one hour later check out. After check out can’t access to the garage door and Waiting to get response from customer care department and never hear back or receive any phone call back to solve the issue.

I couldn’t access the property as no fob was left I was outside calling the hotline trying to get into building to be asked if it was urgent 😤

good location and new building are nice with good space
when we arrived we were instructed to use an app to access the building but the host did NOT give us the appropriate elevator access so we were left stuck at the basement garage where there is no reception while my wife and kids are cold and tired from 6+ hours of driving... I had to walk outside the building at midnight to 1am to make customer service call and waited for 2 hours before I was able to figure out how to access the stairs (also need the app) to then drag all of our luggage up 4 floors in the middle of the night, there were apologies but no refund or any compensation for us getting stuck for hours. Next morning at 7:30am, I received a text telling us that they had "fix" the app but there were never any issue with the app, it was the fact that we were not given access to the elevator and all of a sudden the elevator access showed up on the app and we were then able to use it to get in and out of the underground garage.

The coordination for checkout was terrible and the prompt on the website told me to leave my keys on the counter and depart. I am now locked out of the parking garage and my vehicle. The elevator will not allow you to leave the floor to get to the parking garage. I would never stay here again and I would never recommend staying here. It is a logistical nightmare to try and get checked in and checked out. Absolutely not worth the time and effort. I should’ve just stayed at a regular hotel.

Horrible property, horrible unprofessional staff, especially Anil who is on their billing team. We had to vacate the property within an hour of checking in. The property is only a few feet away from an expressway and a bus stop. There is literally a thin wall and a small pavement separating you from a busy expressway with speed limit of over 50 miles / hour. Oh, and the water didnt work in the place. Picture yourself standing near a busy highway and then imagine you put a bed and couch there. Good luck trying to have a conversation within the property let alone a nights sleep. Marketing is horribly misleading. Booking.com wasnt able to help either. When we complained to the property management, we were given the runaround. In the end, we were told they would move us to a different city (!!). Imagine showing up after a 30 hour flight, to be led to an inhospitable place and then told they would move you to a different city. When we asked for a refund, they told us to get lost. Avoid this property and this management company at all costs - you will definitely regret it. We sure did!

Very convenient location
Had to request more towels since there were three people and only provided two sets. Had to have smoke detector batteries replaced and tv remotes batteries were dead. Communication with staff was always a little difficult.
