Was close to where I was going and was supposed to be cheep but I was overcharged

Our room was above the game room and all I heard all night was the music from the games so sleep was broken and I was overcharged for my stay

Cleanliness was noticeable upon entering the lobby. Room was cozy & clean. Solid Wi-Fi. Huge pool area. Easy check in / check out. Nice staffing

near the stadium, pool and hot tub area was very nice. manager was prompt in fixing a problem in the room. breakfast was great.

Our room wasn't ready even though we got there 2 hours after check in time. They told us that if we wanted to just go swim they would finish it up. Our beds weren't made up until after 8pm and we had kids ready for bed. The pool was really gross and dirty. As you swam you would get globs of hair stuck to you. The floor in the pool area was dirty and slimy.

Large pool area with functional hot tub; last hotel we stayed at did not have a working hot tub.

Breakfast was good but it would be nice to mix it up a little bit with the eggs - fruit also seemed to go pretty quick and wasn’t replaced but nothing major.

Breakfast was good eggs and sausage aswell as muffins and a waffle iron milk coffe tea juices and staff was more then ready to restock

Some staff were rude and our towels stayed in the hallway for a day and a half after we were told we could put them out there to be retrieved

Great area, friendly staff, clean room

The heat was on in the room when we got there even though it was 80 outside. Turned the air on and set it to 70 but it just kept blowing cold air. Turned just fan on and got too hot. My daughter woke up with a sore throat the first morning and by nighttime had a fever and slept until checkout the next morning. Not sure she got sick from the ac unit but it sure didn’t help.

The breakfast was good. The room was nice as well. Definitely clean and nice.

The bed was not the most comfortable. The remote didn’t work unless you were right on the tv.

The front desk person was very nice.

I was charged twice for my stay, and the manager was not there to fix the problem. I felt bad for the front desk person. She had no idea how to help me. I was charged 172 extra on top of what I already paid. When I called the property, I was hung up on, and I'm still waiting to hear from the property manager. Very very disappointing.

it’s a nice place to stay, very friendly staff, clean and fresh looking rooms. we have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed. we will be staying here again. very reasonable rates and easy to get to. 😃
