The location to Lambeau Field was excellent. The lady serving the omelets at breakfast was amazing.

The hotel did not have evaluators to the 2nd floor. The key cards would stick when scanned at Door 5. The key card system was dated and one card did not work at all. The air conditioner/heater in one of our rooms did not work correctly. Non-smoking rooms had clearly been smoked in previously. The lady who was at the front desk when we checked in July 3rd was very rude, not helpful (wouldn't even tell us where our room was located without us asking directions), and did not recommend the restaurant connected to the hotel. The bathtub in one room was filthy. The other room had peeling paint in the bathroom. The storage area by the closet had walls with expanding paint (bubble like). The remotes did not work well. Lights were either burned out or not working. The carpets throughout the hotel are very dated. The price we paid for the room was not anywhere close to the quality of this hotel. Giving the negatives in this hotel, the price of this hotel cannot be justified. After having a great experience at another Best Western just a day before, we sought out another Best Western only to be throughly disappointed with this hotel based on the price we paid.

The pool area had a lot of kids, and somewhat unruly and racing around hotel.

we LOVE the location! We were attending an event next door and it was less than a 1 minute walk. breakfast was also great, one of the days we stayed, it was make your own omelets! The open pool side area is also a great hang out area!

Location and restaurant + bar in the facility makes it very convenient.

The location was perfect! We were there for the Lions/Packer game.

I had friends that stayed there the same night. they were charged $280 and I was charged $336. I think that’s a little odd! Our bathroom flood was so sticky! had to wear shoes and they literally stuck to the floor.
