there was a lot of kids there that were loud running up and down the elevator. parents were extremely loud and drinking in the lobby. the door to get into the hotel was locked before 7:30. other hotels put a couple bottles of water in the room and here you had to be a gold club member. if I’m paying over $250 for one night it doesn’t hurt The Hampton to put a couple bottles of water in the rooms. Not impressed!

It was filthy. We were unsafe. The prostitution was obvious. Drugs were obvious. We opened our hotel room door and someone else’s belongings were in there. We left asap

Location is amazing. It's surrounded by a variety of restaurants. Wendys, Burger King, white castle, Texas Roadhouse etc. There is several gas stations and DG stores in the area as well. The room was a nice size and the FREE HOT breakfast was great for us since my nephew had early football games. It had eggs, waffles, sausages and more. All in all a great stay!!

For the price I expected a nicer room. it had higher rates and ratings so we picked it ~ but that wouldn’t be the case in the future. Most of the staff were really nice, with the exception of the person working in the breakfast area. Rooms could have been cleaner . The quiet hours could have been enforced for a nicer experience ~ the noise level was very bad at all hours

The lady who was there when we showed up really messed things up. She charged us for a night, said that we would have to pay each night and didn't take our card information. The next morning my husband went down and talked to the guy and and got things straightened out but we still got charged for the 2 nights and for the night we first came in. That was almost $600 even though we should have only been charged for the 2 nights.

Breakfast was great with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Room was comfortable and clean.

garbage. Specifically reserved a room that said it had a spa tub since we were driving 13 hours to get there. When I arrived, I was told that they don't have any rooms with a spa tub. He said they did a remodel and none of the rooms have spa tubs anymore. And not only that, but they didn't have a hot tub either.
