Absolutely nothing
Room was not clean, air conditioner squealed, hairs all over bathroom floor & tub, lamp bulb blinked constantly. Left but still got charged for the night because we were there longer than 10 minutes(took that long just to walk to the office and back ask for a different room that was no better maybe even worse) according to hotel policy.

My room was dirty with grass on the sheets in the bed, trash on the floor and food in the mini fridge. Tv also didnt work right. Wouldnt come on and had to fight to get a channel that would come in.I arrived about 930 and couldn't get to bed due to this issue until midnight.

I also left my sunglasses in the room and phoned the motel to report that and said that they would check with the cleaning staff and call me back but never heard back from them. Really didn’t expect to but someone has a very nice pair of Maui Jim sunglasses.

EZ Access off the parkway, close to restaurants nice hotel.

Staff was nice and professional.
The rooms smell like musty basements. Carpet felt damp always. All of the pictures used for this property do not reflect its current state.

The bed was decent. Staff did not bother us when the do not disturb sign was on the door. Cleaning staff was friendly. A/C worked well.
It was filthy. Thick grimy carpets that probably haven’t been cleaned since 1950, uncomfortable to walk on without shoes. Pool was out of order, gym equipment was not available, ice machines not working, guest laundry not working. Wi-Fi is so slow it’s not worth using.

Didn't like any of it We booked because of pool got to hotel and no pool got to room tv did not work went down ask about tv was told to put on 25 and still had to just guess of channels bed was hard as rock carpet was filthy the only thing good was the lady that checked us in she was very nice we will never stay in this hotel ever again.

The person at the front desk said they were booked that evening and did not check for our reservation even though we had a reservation. We had paid online and lost our money for a one night stay. We had to search for a hotel and it was already after 10:00 PM. A very terrible experience!!!

Didn't end up staying... room smelt like smoke BAD!! Got offended another room...same issue. Tried getting a refund..property didn't respond to Booking.com. Nasty place!!

Comfortable beds
Rattling refrigerator , heat lamp and knob missing in bathroom , ice machine on our floor was out of order. tv not working but Justin at front desk fixed it. He was great !!!

The night auditor was an absolute delight. Very friendly. Super helpful. She is quite literally the diamond in the rough. My main regret was not asking her name!
The woman that checked me in was rude and dismissive. She had my card in hand and charged the card holding the reservation. I had to ask her to charge the card in her hand 3x before she finally rolled her eyes and charged the card she had.
I will say.. the majority of the city had been hit by wind storms. Every hotel was completely sold out. I'm sure the front desk attendant was stressed, but she was unnecessarily rude. I work in customer service and I would never treat someone so nasty.

Breakfast had wonderful options
The location was perfect for a last stop before continuing north.
We were surprised on all the updates to the room. It was so clean!
We will be back!
We can’t think of anything. Surprised with indoor pool…. Wish it had a hot tub but that is asking for a lot!

Walking distance to places near by .it was quiet.

The staff was friendly and efficient, they even remembered me from my last visit in October.
I didn't like that there wasn't a full hot breakfast anymore. I was there in October, there was an Awesome breakfast back then. The Worst Thing is that No One even Bothered to tell me that breakfast had changed!

Front sexy helper very professional and friendly
TV didn't work. Shower had no pressure, twenty minutes to get shampoo out of hair. People on both sides having sex all night and shaking things in room.

Run down, a little fixing and maintenance would go a long way. Drywall has holes all over the property. Outside is I'll maintained and needs painted. Sheets wrinkled. Air conditioners need cleaning and fixing so the condensation is not dropping and running down the building and staining it. Carpets in room not bad, but common hallways need cleaned, badly. Sidewalks around property deteriorating. Could be a nice property with some tlc.
