The closeness to shopping and restaurants. It’s very quite.

The beds are super comfy and I love their pillows. Rooms overall aren't bad.
The check in process is not great, very disorganized and takes way to long. The day I checked in I had an electric car that badly needed to be charged. There were three work trucks parked in the electric charging station spaces and the management refused to do anything about it. Which means I had to tow my car to a charging station the morning of my check out. Thanks guys. There is no bottled water available. The restaurant is not great, serves low quality food that they charge a lot of money for. During this stay, the front desk agent had to come up and spend 15 minutes in my room playing with the direct TV box to get it to work. Shortly after she left, it stopped working again and never worked a moment again during my stay. Management seems unbothered by the mediocre experience guests have here.

Great location. Good restaurants nearby. Very comfortable suite.
The only issue we had was my husband had trouble with the water pressure really dropping as he was trying to shower. I had taken a bath earlier and didn’t experience any water pressure issues.

The fold out couch was miserable. Plug in for phone did not work. Only one trash can - weird. No extra blankets for fold out bed.

Need to do some sprucing up. Painting, window screen in room bad shape ready to fall off, entry to hotel sliding doors dirty, looks like someone spilled coke on the outside tile. Debri and trash scattered around exterior of building on lawn..

Furniture was torn up - needed an upgrade. Carpeting had spots and grime on bathroom floor.

The final room I got was very quiet, nice and cold (it was 98 outside and cool 65 in my room), and I slept very well because I was able to get it very dark. Also, the bathroom was quite nice with a raised sink and beautiful large lit mirror. It was also a very clean room considering it was obviously in need of a remodel. The cost for the room was one of the best in the city
I had to change rooms twice because the tvs and the phone were not working in either room. Once I got to my third room, it was indeed cool and semi comfortable. The sofa was un-sittable because it was so worn that it was actually crooked. There was a burn hole in the seat by the window. The bathtub had 3" standing water during my shower, finally drained 15 minutes later.
The bar downstairs was closed for remodelling,

Our room was clean and quiet. The bed was very comfortable.
The a/c unit in our room was so loud we had to turn it off. It kept kicking on and off and waking us up. The pool area felt like swimming in a back storage/basement room. It wasn't a pleasant atmosphere and the hot tub air wasn't working.
