The first night I did not have a TV that worked or internet. Went to lobby and clerk said I should have internet. (never was able to sign on. and she stated that next day someone would look at the TB. Know one was able to come, so no TV the second day as well. I did get internet on my phone the second day.

It is not very well kept up. Looks very dirty. The second night there was a police looking for someone that according to your front desk person was one of 3 people in a room, but none of them were listed as guests. Which is kind of scary to listen to while you are waiting. She stated she was the only of there...so she was trying to get him banned from hotel.

The love seat was comfortable and convenient.

There is no breakfast even though the website and the electronic sign out in front says there is. The hotel is in disrepair and should not be a Choice Hotel. The desk staff was rude.

Pool was good

The smell was bad from the air conditioners. Our outside door didn't work. There was feces in the elevator and stairway

Nothing, I would not stay again

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bedding was dirty and had holes in them. Was woken up twice overnight by police in the hallway, yelling and pounding on doors/walls. (I was afraid I might get shot through the door or wall. With all the commotion going on.) Toilet didn't flush. You had to hold the lever until it completely went down.

Last minute booking.

Bathroom needs remodeled! The tub look like something out of a horror movie! Sun did not even want to go into it! You can hear everything going on outside your room next room everywhere! With no freezer! And very few power outlets! Had to operate the faucets of the tub literally was a drill! Or else it would flood the entire bathroom!

Bed. Check in staff

Lots of stuff did not work. Heat was broken. Phone cord was broken or not properly connected. Light bulbs missing from lamp. Dead outlets in lamps. Room key worked first time in room. Did not work after that. Hard to find room. Copy of map would have been helpful.

I didn't like much and I had a couple friends that came by to hang out for a little while and they made them leave

They kept calling my room and weren't being loud. They told me I can't have more than three people in a room and they weren't going to stay the night they were just hanging out for a little while. I will not be staying here and I would make them into people not to stay!

It 30min away from the place need to be

It was dirty it was cold things in the room was missing the door was warped needed to be clean some of the windows were broke out needed fixed they was advertising good breakfast on the sign they only had cereal and waffles but on the sign on outside it showed it eggs and all that stuff the pool was closed down

This place was super quiet and clean. The breakfast was yummy. The staff is great.

the far 2nd floor room when requested one easy access and 1st floor, the rooms phone wouldn’t work, hear through thin walls, dog barking down hall, two people each side of my room one smoking and coming in room then up talking making noise all night no sleep then called on cell phone to main # requested to be move and lady rudely said that doesn’t do for a change was tired in pain need low back surgery so just stayed bad stay then no tub stopper for hot bath light out one side of bed.

This place was so disgusting and filthy I was afraid to sit on the bed and there were stains all over the couch, curtains, walls and molding trim. I would have slept standing up if I could. The toilet leaked and there was a pool of water on the bathroom floor. No hair dryer. The trash can said Holiday Inn on it. Parking was scarce and the parking lot was dark and scary. The entire hotel stunk of chlorine. The 'free' breakfast looked so disgusting I didn't eat a thing. I requested another room and none were available. I did receive permission for a refund for the second night but have not received it yet.

the hot tub was closed, which was really disappointing since that was one of the things we looked forward to. the bedsheets were dirty, they had blood on them, the whole hotel smelled moldy and like marihuana. coming into the bedroom it smelled really strange.

The door did not work with the key; however, after reprogramming the key and condescendingly asking if i knew how to use the key, the maintenance man went with me to the door to ensure it work. The elevator was a really amazing design with thick wood and mirrors. This hotel is the exact same hotel as the Clarion. Same check in, same staff, same breakfast area and same pool. The television work. We did not use the fridge or any other amenities. You could see that some areas had been renovated, but the 4th floor was not one of these areas.

The property is run down and looks as though they are attempting improvements. The ceiling was peeling in the room, bathroom door was multiple paint colors, shower wouldn't turn on,, and there were stains on wall, lampshade broken by the bed, no screen on 4th floor window... You could tell the room had been cleaned, but it lacked a deep clean and that was VERY evident. The bed was comfortable with no evidence of bugs, though it did sag a bit in the center. Bed were average.. we were super tired

When brushing teeth the pipes under the sink we’re missing! We couldn’t use sink, my mother was in hospital and we had no time to stop and complain! The staff at the hotel were not familiar with check in! It took 30 minutes to get our room and I only had 2 people in line! Never again ! We swapped hotels the next day ( we were at hospital for 8 days)

The pool was beautiful although we didn't get to use it. Beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff.

Nothing major. Had to bring us a waste basket. Juice and soda machines were both out of order.

The sliding door was falling apart and could really hurt someone if they aren't careful.

The pool was clean. The front desk was friendly. It was easy to unload our stuff into the room.

The first room we were put in had a busted toilet so we moved to another room and it had cock roaches on the bed the walls in the bathroom it was very unpleasant stay.
