The hotel was good value for the price. It was clean and thevstaff was friendly. No luxury but if you need a place to stop for one night, it's a good choice.
More fruits for breakfast would have been nicer.

The staff is so nice, they made sure I was taken care of for every little thing I came and bothered them for, and they did it with no attitude, it’s great customer service

Power went out for tv and Microwave it was the plug 🔌 I guess they made it back on by working behind the TV stand

The room smelled. It was dirty. There was constant construction noise from 7am to 8pm

Did not receive the room which was booked and we accepted a down grade with no chance in price. The room appeared was remodeled although construction dust was in the room and felt gritty. The bathroom door had plaster which had harden nd some in the shower tub. took a shower and walk through the room and my feet we dirty again before going to bed. Microwave was not clean as well. would not stay there again.

The room was gross - the drunk mexicans screaming throughout the night drunk off their butts by the pool, plus the room we booked was taken so we got put in this gross room - big stain on the carpet - not tissues - toilet sit slides when you sit on it - the phone kept blinking - the service at the front desk and breakfast room was so below I nice place - PLUS - we weren't informed the hotel was under construction -

It was in a good location
It was expensive and dirty. The bathroom was disgusting and the inside of the mini fridge needs cleaning. We lost power and they had no backup generators. It got very warm without AC.

The staff was friendly enough
We were trying to escape a killer hurricane hitting on the west coast, so in a pinch this worked. I went to take a shower and turned on the water, it ran out brown for the first few mins, yuck! I paid for 2 rooms, we had 4 people in one room and 3 in the other. We were given 2 bath towels per room. Called down 3 times for more towels and never got any. The best I can say is it wasn’t filthy and we didn’t bring home bed bugs.

Non-smoking room but linens had burn holes.
Our small dog found all sorts of trash under the furniture.

There were stains (blood) on the sheets and blankets, the door handle was jiggling like it has been broken into before, there were suspicious individuals hanging out in the back parking lot with loud music playing from there vehicles. All around the worst and scariest experience at a hotel that I have had.

It was close to major highways.
The front desk staff could have been a little more accommodating and friendly (it wouldn't hurt to smile as you greet guest). The lighting in the room was dim. The air conditioner was not blowing out cold air. The carpet looked dirty. The comforter had cigarette holes. No garbage bags in garbage cans. The room smelled moldy. The walkways were filthy.
