Upon registering and meeting the clerk on hand, we started having a conflict. I was paying in cash and had the total available and ready to pay. When I said paying in cash I was instantly instructed that I would have to pay an additional 300.00 in cash for a deposit to cover any damages , to which I totally understood but wasn't prepared. I asked if I could pay that with my credit card and was told instantly NO ! That I had to pay it in cash since I was using cash to pay for the reservation. I got everything worked out but it did raise a concern with me. I think from now on when using Booking. com that the fee for damages should be either added to the total cost or at least should be mentioned with the room so patrons of Booking . com will know in advance that there will be additional charges.

I thought this would be a safe place for my daughter and two of her children and myself to stay. boy was I wrong!!!!

I hated everything about this place!!!

We took one look at the room and left the property.

The outside door opened to the parking lot had a gap under it large enough to allow a small animal in. It was just dingy and there was not a hot breakfast bar or a pool, as we had been informed. The manager seemed slightly contrite and asked us if we'd like to go somewhere else, but would not refund our money, since it was booked throught Booking.com.

Everything else. The room stunk, there was mold in the bathroom, the floors were in horrible shape throughout the room,, the toilet ran all night, and then there was no hot water to shower in the AM. After going to the front desk I was told to wait 30 minutes and I would have hot water. I didn't have a 30 minute wait I had to be someplace that morning.

I liked the bed and pillows!

The description stated that they have a soaking bathtub... it was disgusting! The tub had a non slip pad in it that was 1/2 lifted up with everything from anything under it, rust was all in the bath tub. The walls had stuff flung all over it and the window was screwed shut!

Friendly crew in a good location at a reasonable price. Overall a really nice place to stay for the price.

Run down and in need of a complete overhaul. Mold on the shower curtains. Exterior door had a large gap under it. Dust on the furniture. Burns in the linens. Dirty carpet.

We like the price of the hotel and our room was on the bottom floor. The check in staff was very nice. It was good to see places to grab a bit to eat nearby.

The rug on the floor was wet. My husband feet got dirty walking on it. It was gross to see the coffee pot in the bathroom. The room had unpleasant odor in the beginning.

The non smoking room reeked of cigarettes and air did not work well

The attendant was very friendly, the room was clean and there was no cigarette smell.

When we went to take a shower, only one managed to shower with hot water for the others, the water was cold. It was quite disappointing.
