Könnte sauberer sein… ist jedoch ok.

Clean spacious room, regular housekeeping. Air con, TV, hot shower, safe, fridge – all work as expected. Good location for LA Downtown.

Check-in process could be improved, had to wait ~40 mins for the four people before me to check in. Seems slow and inefficient. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room and reception.

What breakfast? There is no breakfast included. The staff is easy to talk with.

My confirmation was for: "Double Room - Disability Access" "The double room features a tumble dryer, air conditioning and tile/marble floor". 4 guests max, with a max of 2 adults. I received 1 bed and nothing more. If I wanted to upgrade for the disability access, I'd be charged more for it. If more were to occupy, I'd be charged more. I showed them my confirmation. Still said..."It's available, cost more". The first night, someone was knocking at my door at 4:15am. I didn't answer, tried to fall back asleep. Another knocking at 4:30am. I walked (in the dark) to call the front desk. The phone line was dead. I told the front desk about the incident and please fix the phone. It could not be done within the next 3 days I was staying there. Cockroaches in my drawer. Very thin walls. They charge for ice.

The room was large and I felt safer in an upstairs room.

Extremely noisy. The location is very noisy with the Police sirens, Police helicopters, loud music, the hotel plumbing, the heater, and the air conditioning system. We could hear on each side of us whenever someone turned the water on in the sink or shower. The heating system is so loud you cannot turn it on if you want to sleep. A lot of rumbling!! The rooms are very large but also very sparse. Bed, T.V., long table near the front wall, two end tables. No lamps, no microwave, cheap, cheap towels (bring your own), no rugs or carpets for the cold tile floors Also, we noticed that this hotel is the monthly residence of many families. I know that you get what you pay for but, wow!!🙄

free parking was nice and the beds were clean. it did the job for our one-night stay.

the room next door to us was playing loud music from 12:30 AM onwards. We called the front desk to report it, but nothing happened after 20 minutes, so we called again. It seemed like they turned it down slightly after that, but we could still hear the music in our room and it made it very difficult for us to sleep. It was frustrating that the staff didn't take it seriously and didn't seem to handle it right away.

The location was good with gas station and restaurants nearby. Parking slots are on the property. Nice staff and good daily cleaning service.

No microwave in the room. It’s a bit noisy at night since our room is on the ground floor and quite near the street. The room is spacious for more furniture

Good deal on a nice motel that's walking distance from the LA Convention center. Room was very quiet except for the laundry truck beeping early in the morning. I had a late arrival and a friendly staffer quickly checked me in.

Not an upscale area like the hotels that cost 3 or 4 times more. Room somewhat basic, and limited amenities: a Coke machine, an internet-connected printer. Sign said Wifi available - I didn't check it.
