We chose this hotel because of its location and because its one of few hotels that have a hot tub.

When we walked into the lobby, we immediately noticed the hole in the ceiling where there was broken and missing tiles. In the pool room, the door that led to the outside was not secure and did not latch. The walls in the room were not well insulated, making it hard to fall asleep due to the neighbors talking late into the night. Breakfast didn't start until 7, so some of us didn't get to partake due to needing to be at our event early.

Breakfast was good. Our room was clean. Bathroom needs upgraded.

Not something that probably could have been helped, but ceiling in the dining area had fallen in.

We paid $155 including tax for one night -- way too much for bathrooms with mold. I tried to resolve this issue without posting a review but I emailed twice with no reply. Some are from the first room and some are from the second after we asked to switch rooms. Just not acceptable.

Faculty was clean. Staff was amazing. Room was comfortable.

We were given a room that had no air conditioning and no blackout blinds. I filed a complaint a week and a half ago and they have done nothing to address it. Still waiting for a reply ten days later.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast (coffee excepted).

The only coffee available in the morning was hazelnut. Flavored coffee is unnecessary and disgusting.

The breakfast was good. Good variety. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.

There was a dirty sheet left on the floor of my closet. In addition, I did find hair in the tub. The door between the two rooms of my suite as well as the bathroom door did not shut very well. That was not a huge deal though. I think for me the part that bothered me the most was the vent on the hairdryer. It was absolutely disgusting.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The kids loved the pool equipped with a few pool noodles & inflatable toys. The hot tub was also a hit.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The poor and hot tub were open and clean. The free breakfast was good but was some of the hot food was not replenished after 8:30 but we were told was open until 9:30.

The room still had garbage on the floor and some of the facilities looked like they had been cleaned quickly, skipping over some details but it wasn’t awful.

I’m in a really hard place - transitioning back to usa from Europe and the staff and security at location is superb.

Location, excellent hot tub, and the staff they were all great!
