The cookies
The morning staff in breakfast area was so rude and yelled at my husband. For the money we spent that was definitely not worth it. Never booking with them again.

The girl working the front desk when we checked in, was phenomenal. She was so nice and friendly and truly made you feel at home.
The sofa bed was so uncomfortable for my children to sleep on.

The room was set up like a small apartment with a living space, microwave, mini fridge, sofa, and a separate bedroom area. Everything was clean. The lobby area was very nice also. Large dining area.
The pool area gate was propped open for non-guests to use and the whole area reeked of marijuana.

The distance from the hotel to our conference. On booking.com it was listed as 700 feet away but doesn’t tell you it’s across the intersection. Was misleading

The room was very spacious and clean.
When first checking in, the lady at the front desk was very rude. The sheets on the bed were not clean & you could still see the stains. Sheets were not comfortable

The closeness to the professional conference.
The price for the room was higher than what I remered it being when i booked the trip. I thought the room would be under $100.00 per night. I get to the hotel and the room is $144 a night.
I am having trouble finding the recipt for the room. The hotel would not give me one.

ice maker broken on my floor .. containers in shower were empty had to spend more money on toiletries. room was supposed to have a private balcony it didn’t and I was put in the wrong room upon arrival if I wouldn’t have called and checked I’d still be in that room..I was charged $223 and the room was not worth that at all

I didn't like that the breakfast was not included in the price of the stay. The parking was also a bit congested.

The staff was friendly and that was it. The rooms were OLD and very outdated. Carpet was stained and gross. Couch FILTHY. Chairs worn and broken. Rusted light fixtures. OLD smelly bathtub. NASTY bathroom.

There were ants in my bathroom. Someone came and sprayed, but the hotel would not give a discount on stay because I booked through a third party- booking.com and the rooms were very noisy.
