I thought the breakfast was too expensive. After the night I had at your hotel I just wanted to leave.
I did not like that the elevator was not working. You had to call the front desk for an elevator so I took the stairs. The ice maker on the third floor was not working and the elevator was not working. The television had no signal so I was unable to watch tv.

Very clean and the staff was nice.
It was very hot in the lobby and only 1 elevator was working. but other than that everything was great.

Booked the room and drove an hour and a half to get there. Upon arrival they stated they were sold out. “The best they could do for me was to refund my money without any penalties and I would have to find a new hotel”. 4 days later still waiting on them to refund my money.

Got off the road from a very long drive only to have the room key or keys didn’t work at all we switched several room finally after 30 minutes on a different floor the key worked !!!!!

The lobby elevator button started not working. Sheets were extremely wrinkled-not fresh- and gross, found a pubic hair on them. Disgusting

The receptionist was really nice.
Sheets were dirty. We had to purchase sheets from Walmart and put them on the bed. Their was dirt in the base of the shower, the carpet was dirty/dingy (looks like there was mold, maybe?) and the elevator call buttons did not work on the 4th floor (which is where we stayed).

I was not able to stay there because they did not have the 2 queen beds that I reserved. They only had a king bed and could not offer me any other sleeping options.

We left my room for like 15 mins on check out day. On our way out room service tried to come in the room without knocking and we told her we were still there. Apparently she didn’t relate the message to the other workers bc when we got back Room service claimed our room showed that we was checked out so they proceeded to remove all of my belongings and put them in the trash as well as other areas of the hotel. When we confronted the front desk clerk she advised that room service only found a black wire. After we were there for over 30 mins describing what we lost room service proceeds to magically find a bag of my stuff. This bad was mostly trash. After 45 mins they magically found another bag. This bag contained only some of my belongings. The manager was very rude when she came in she asked us to fill out a sheet with all of our belongings which was impossible bc I got married the day before and we used the room to get dress so there were soo many things and also things there that belong to my family which were missing. I was completely distraught and the manager made offered to give us $100 and comp the room. This couldn’t begin to compensate us for what was lost. They had us digging through the trash to find our belongings. The manager eventually got non cooperative after we expressed our concerns about the compensation so she went sit in the back and made us wait for 30 more minutes. She then sent a paper which we asked for to show a refund by one of the other workers while she sit in the back with her child that she bought to work.

The room was spacious. The beds were comfortable. They had a "store" so you could buy drinks and snacks. They had food options and a little bar area. They had a buffet, and a menu of items. Everything had to be paid for, though.
The sink in the bathroom had hair stuck in it. I let my infant crawl on the floor for a few mins while i was getting things settled when we first arrived, and when I picked him up, his socks were black. Made me not want to walk on the carpet bare feet, and I definitely didn't put my infant back on the floor. Nothing complimentary.

staff unprofessional , staff was rude , staff check me out of the room before it was even check out time and stole items of mines, staff only wanted to compensate me $100 for my belongs that were stolen by an employee , very very unprofessional !! DON’T EVER BOOK HERE !!!!!!!!

I can't get the coffee maker to work. This is the second time this has happened. It turns off after a few seconds. Are there extra instructions that should be followed?
The requests asked for must not be forwarded to the motel because they don't mention them.

Good was pretty good
Failed to inform me that housekeeping was by request only. Room lighting was terrible. Alarm clock didn’t work. Took about 3 minutes for shower to get warm. Dangerous part of town.

The staff was awesome, they did their best to accommodate us. The food was top notch. Beautiful and comfortable Lobby and sitting area.
The rooms are dark and dated, the shower grout was dirty and the water took a long time to heat up. We had to reprogram our room cards every time we left the room, which was inconvenient. If it wasn’t for all the nice staff, we would have stayed elsewhere. Rooms are in need of updated renovations.

We went out one night down town Baton Rouge,but before I left I had hidden my purse with all my belongings in it cards SSc everything and I placed them a certain way.When we got back my things were moved my purse was not like I had placed it my blanket that I had used to cover it with was not covering my purse like I left it. Someone had used an all access key card to enter our room. They asked are you missing anything I said NO. They Don't take anything anymore,They take Pictures of your cards and cashapp themselves or the ppl they are working with money. So that you won't suspect anything.
They only gv you one key card. Then when I asked them about the one keycard,they said you could hv asked for another one(redflag) for me. I said...

IVE never had to ask for 2 keycards they are always given to me whenever I stay at any Hotel..

I didn't eat breakfast. Beds were excellent-so very comfortable. Ms. Monique and Ms. Crystal were super super helping me with an issue!

One of my beds had urine in it He slept in it all night and realized it in the morning when we went downstairs they changed our room and gave any apology and that's all no discount or anything.
Then it took the hot water like 20 to 30 minutes to come in.
The shower floors need to be redone they had like bullet holes in them.

the hotel felt a little dirty. there was tape everywhere like they were getting ready to renovate. Our room was hot because our AC did not really work and the TV had no signal.

The is my second time staying at this location and for both occasions, I add breakfast onto the room rate BUT when it is time for checkout, I have the additional cost of breakfast. I made sure they saw I paid for breakfast beforehand but I was still charged and now I have to wait for a refund.

Damn near everything was bad. The lobby was the only thing good or clean about the Hilton. Bugs in my room, the lamps were rusted like it's been under water for some time. The room smelt bad, we had to request another room. Next room we got, we had no phone or remotes. Water wouldn't get hot. It was lukewarm. Everything was unacceptable!! Me and my husband was very pissed. The Hilton should not be open right now. It needs hell of work done to it and to think it's a great place to lay your head, DONT STAY HERE!!

Where do I start? The rooms are not clean. Especially the showers , how do I have a room with a glass stand up shower but its get backed up where the water is not running out. Room doors were not locking properly, anyone could literally walk in your room. Roaches in the room as well. And lets not for get over charging and over drafting peoples account with charges you didnt approve and when you ask to for a manager they tell you “we don’t gave one on site for the weekend” so you ask for corporate’s number and they tell you “we dont have it” .. Oh and not to mention they tell you breakfast is at 7am but when you get down there breakfast is $12.95 per person but considered a “buffett” yet you haven’t even gotten up for seconds of anything and they are already bring you your bill. So you really really get a buffet. You get the same complimentary breakfast you would get at another hotel just with some grits, and bacon. Seriously dont stay here stay some where else ..
