Booked several rooms for family, more than six months in advance of a celebratory weekend. Overall, a terrible experience. Not clean. Front Desk not helpful. Clogged sink in one room. Dirty sheets in another room.

Smell in lobby was terrible. Musty. Must be right next to construction site as well as highway. Noise outside all night was crazy loud compared to usual in a hotel. Carpets in hallways very dirty.

I booked a 1 bedroom suite with my family. When we opened the sofa bed (that had a dirty cover sheet on) for my daughters to sleep, the inside was filled with trash. Disgusting and disappointing! I believe the sofa was never opened up or cleaned out after each guest. However, when I complained to the front desk, someone came into the room to clean out the sofa and changed the cover sheet. No one followed up the next day as promised. Disappointed.

Exceptionally clean upon arrival, booked another night and stayed in the same room. The Wifi and TV worked well, shower was nice.

Housekeeping did not service our room, we had to take out the trash ourselves and ask for more towels.

The location was great.

The room was not clean. We called the staff and the manager came up. He apologized and brought in someone from housekeeping. They vacuumed the rug and changed the linen and bedspread. There was visible due in the bed and chips on the floor. they were very apologetic and brought bottled water and snacks to the room. He said that the room did not meet their standards they made it right.

The reception counter gave us a very hard time about our booked room. Called to make sure everything was ok to check in after a long night of traveling 4 hours to see my father in the emergency room in Albany, only to be told they were all booked up. No rooms available. Midnight and tired I repeated my booking confirmation number. Twice. Spelled my last name. Twice. To be told if they had it theyd give it, but they dont. It wasn't until my husband got upset were further efforts given to make sure that we did, in fact, have a room booked. After we checked in, midnight, upset from our long day, extremely exhausted and trying to just get some sleep we discovered that there was no toilet paper ( thats fine, it happens) but what did us in was when we called the front desk to inform her, she responded "are you sure?" ..... seriously? Even the toilet paper needs questioning. Obviously our long day minimized our patience. But that was ridiculous.

I did not like customer service at all ends. For rooms, we were told we have to stay at least 3 nights for the room to be vacumed, garbage containers to be emptied, towels to be exchanged. However, we can call the reception desk for extra towels if needed. People serving the breakfast were very stressful without getting into the details.
