Dirty, filthy, things in disrepair both in room and building. Rude staff!

The location and staff very friendly. Perfect for one night stay if you’re doing a road trip like we did.

The smell of cigarettes in the hall, the room itself was a little musty.

I got charged on my card for an extra day of stay when my husband gave them cash for the extra day. I was told that I will be refunded back but it never happened & I showed them on my bank statement. I've called & called to speak to manager but she is never there. My bank said we can go after them because it was taken out. It's been over 3 wks now & I still don't have my money

The price was good. Great location....

Center outside door of building lock was broken. You could exit but not enter that door. You had to walk around and for handicapped guest not great. Sign on door said "do not prop open". Employee entered through the door right beside the door that wouldn't unlock refused to walk extra steps to open door. Ice machine flooded front then was out of service. No soap or shampoo in room. Bed was made improperly. Fitted sheet, dirty blanket, then flat sheet. So dirty blanket (you know they don't wash it between guests) layered between clean sheets making them both exposed. Tag in room says they don't change linens daily but do clean room and make bed - that's a lie! They never entered our room. Hotel looks nothing like the picture in this questionnaire

Tara and her staff were the most accommodating friendly and went above and beyond helping making everything great.

I had to make a last minute hotel switch - they were quick and responsive! Staff was friendly, accessible, and quick to help even at 11pm! The ladies at the desk were firm but so, SO polite - very respectable!

The location didn't seem to be in the best area, but that doesn't really affect the quality of service!

Room was outdated with a hole and hair under the desk Bath room had plates on the wall with nothing attached to them The room was at the last wing and the outside door slams shut when people exit - thus waking me up abruptly at 2:00 AM

Good location and price

Filthy! The linens were visibly black not white, bathroom not cleaned and bugs! I now have bites all over!!!
