Asked for Beach front rooms but got side view, disappointed in that as we had beach front last time we stayed with you.

Great Location

The room was poorly cleaned, we found hair on the towels and we woke up to a massive cockroach near our heads. What a nightmare!

The location was excellent

We asked for a king bed and we were given 2 extra large beds that were about double bed size. We were on our honeymoon.

The hotel has always been a family favorite for its location. It's right on a lovely bay that is great for all ages. The pool and bar area are great places to hang out and order lunch and drinks. The beds are comfortable. The staff was very friendly, with one exception.

I am sorry to say there were issues. The shower glass and interior was dirty. The bathroom door isn't a door it's two small sliders that don't shut, so there is no real privacy. Housekeeping brought towels Monday but didn't clean. The only day they cleaned the room was Wed and we stayed 6 nights. We paid extra for an ocean view but couldn't sleep until after 3 AM because of all the street noise emanating from the bar down the street (which isn'tthe hotel's fault but should have been disclosed). And construction on the roof below our room started at 6 am. It would have been nice to know about the noise before we booked.

Fabulous location. Pool and beach were fantastic. Front desk staff were friendly and free cocktails on arrival was welcomed.

Staff service at the bar and pool was average. Room didn’t get serviced, we had to ask for more towels and for our bins to be emptied. Bathroom was tiny.
