The room was musty not cleaned ... bed wasn't made..trash not dumped... leaves piled up at the door... Small Trash can outside the door was overflowing with trash. Stunk... We hated it so we left

.We liked the living area and full kitchen and the closet spaces.

The breakfast could’ve been better, we didn’t care for the on the go bag breakfast. The furniture needed dusting and had several cob webs. Bathroom floor could’ve been cleaner, especially in the corners, also the handle on the tub/shower was broken.

We not eat breakfast, because live early. Can't tell any comments, sorry. Staff up front was nice.

Heater was working to loud, we can't sleep relaxing, so will be nice if it will be more quiet.

Bathroom was not very clean. Tub stained and not cleaned behind the door.

how the room was close to everything we wanted to do.

the room was not clean, floors hadnt been mopped in forever, there were ashes on the floor by the fire place, only 1 remote for 2 tvs, just not well taken care of at all.

Walked in room, and there was a vape on the couch, cigarettes ashes everywhere. The room looked nothing like the pictures. It's only 1 bed and 2 couches, not 2 twins, 1 king, and 1 sofa bed. The ladies at the desk that night were very helpful and nice. When I called the next morning because booking.com was refusing to issue a refund. The lady called me back, got smart with me, and said if I came to the property to discuss the matter, she was calling security to have me escorted off the property.

The area was convenient

The dishwasher was full of dirty water and dirty dishes. A bathroom was without towels and soap. I saw 2 roaches crawling. Some pillows without pillowcases. A guess from the night before knocked on my door after 9pm looking for a item left behind.

I liked that is was morelike a home

The nosey old lady downstairs was the devil acting like my 1 year old grandson was loud maybe she never had kids

The clerk at the front desk was friendly. The location was where we wanted.

The room was dirty, the TV in the main room didn’t work, the beds were broken down and the leg was broken off of one bed. The telephones did not work, the tiles on the floor were coming apart and there were cracks in the floor. The cleanliness of the room was awful, bathrooms were small and the counters were dirty. Overall very substandard quality. Will not ever stay here again.

Rooms are very dated and could use refreshment. Need USB ports in the rooms and more AC outlets.

Spacious room, beds were decent

Mouse lived in the kitchen and came out at night, mouse poop, the place is falling apart but has great potential, the dishes had literally food on them in the cabinet, the decks are hanging off the walls not safe.

It wasn't clean. It didn't have everything in the room that was advertised.The leg on the coffee table was broke, the fireplace had trash & aluminum cans in it. The couch was peeling off. The paint on the walls had splotches of another color. The sliding doors didn't lock very well & the screen had a tare in it. The mattress was filthy & spotted with. . God only knows.

Rooms had a full kitchen.

No silverware in kitchen. Few lights didn't work. Room hadn't been dusted or vacuumed recently.

I enjoyed the kitchenette, parking close to room, staff, pool, and patio area. It was enjoyable for our group of family. We were all able to stay near each other in a friendly environment. The price was good. The location was close to everything i needed.

The room could have been alot cleaner. The room were not cleaned daily. We had to remove our own trash and replace our towels. There were some type of bug biting us at night!!! It was so bad the second night I couldn't sleep. It could use updating.
