I appreciated that they was a front desk person available late at night and security present. I was appreciative that the security guard escorted me back to my room after a terrifying experience.

I didn't like startling a deranged man who was passed out in the second floor stairwell on the platform. He jumped up and made a "whoo, whoo" noise as I was turning away. He proceeded to chase me 3/4 of the way to the front desk, as I ran for safety. I told her what happened and she called for security. I provided a description of the man and his clothing. I was assured he was not in the building, while being escorted back to my room. I was told by the front desk that this incident would be passed along to the manager. I noticed several cameras in the hotel that would have captured the footage. I was so traumatized that I could not sleep that night, which was unfortunate b/c I had another 8.5 hours to drive. When I checked out, I was asked for my room number. The front desk person did not say anything about the previous night's incident. At the very least, I would think I would have been compensated the room. I am not asking for any free nights, but you are more than welcome to pay for my self defense classes! As I never want to feel that helpless in a similar situation, should that occur.

Didn’t get the break fast that we paid for. We got a suite and had six people but only two were allowed to have the breakfast we paid for through booking.com

Facility wasn’t clean. Breakfast wasn’t given to us even though we paid for the it.

Convenient

No fridge or microwave. Disappointed. We are on a strict budget and brought food with us. No way to store it or heat it up.

It was pretty and clean

There was no mini fridge in the room. I was told there are only fridges in the suites. I have paid less at other hotels and had mini refrigerators and breakfast.

I think the size of hotel and the renovations they do ..

Sometime the room smell smoke even it’s non smoking room and I think the air conditioning is too cold ddnt down when I adjusted

I paid for breakfast vouchers but never got them
