The proximity to Minneapolis airport and location was close to family in the area

Bed frame was broken, toilet handle was loose and toilet ran unless you jiggled it, water pressure in shower was bad and ice machine on the floor didn’t work. This was supposed to be a hotel that doesn’t allow pets. We were awakened several times during our sleep with a dog barking all night. Called the front desk at 1 am and 2:30 am! Ridiculous! Service dogs don’t bark all night. Third night we were awakened at 4 am by another dog barking. Seriously, check people’s credentials for a service dog or place them in rooms away from other guests.

We like the proximity to MSP for an over night layover.

Location was good and the bed was comfortable.

The room was smaller than I thought. The ice machine on the floor was broken. Not that many options to eat at breakfast.

We loved that it was by the airport so we gor to watch the planes go by. And the beds were so soft and comfortable.

The light between the beds was off the wall husband had to fix it, the was a plastic ball and gum packet behind the bed that was there before we got in there. And no trash bags.

The staff! So friendly and helpful! Beautiful hotel, room layout. Awesome breakfast! Thank you!

Broken light bulb at desk. Non working light in shower. The most unsettling was no linens for hide-a-bed, so when I requested, given a very shabby, frayed, large hole light blanket and one top sheet (no fitted). I requested an addl blanket, just as shabby, and a sheet for bottom. PLEASE update your linens and leave in closet.
