I do not like the fact that once you arrive on the property, and you start to check in, they try to hit you with a $100.00 incidental fee. It is never mentioned until you arrive. I refused to pay it and cancelled my reservation. And actually, my last stay at a Super 8 was last month, in Dallas, TX., I was charged a $50.00 incidental, that I have yet to receive back. Why is that, and when will I receive it? One more thing, why are your incidental fees not consistant? Why did I get hit for 50 bucks in Dallas and they tried to get 100 in San Antonio? Your practice of doing this is very deceptive... I will not be coming back to any Super 8's.

I didn't like how I had to put a my towel on the bottom of the curtains, because the air conditioner blew the curtains up & open. Didn't like that the TV was too far from the bed

The rooms was not clean. The one who was managing super 8 was very rude my curtains was dirty.. and he had an attitude problem.. I wouldn't dare stay at this hotel again.. it was my birthday weekend and it was ruined..
