no breakfast at all, the front desk person was not6 friendly at all very unfiendly person,

Nothing honestly. The room was grimey and tge staff was rude.

The staff was rude. The walls were nasty and the tv didnt work.

If I could rate it a 0, I would. Housekeeping entered my room at 930 without knocking or announcing themselves after I stepped out of the shower. I had no clothes on as she opened the door and looked in. I called the front desk who treated me as if my complaint was not valid. Never been more humiliated and violated in my life. Will never stay with them again

Room was filthy. Hair and dirt of some kind in the tub. Towels were dirty. Bedding was fine

Overall great experiance!

The bathroom floor was coming up. When I went and told them the heater wasn't working. They said I could check out because it was after 11 am I told them. The room was cold never got warm. So I had to deal with it because it was non refundable.

There was no breakfast offered.

The first room we had the light fixtures were hanging down and the phone did not work to call front office about the stopped up sink either.

It had bed bugs on the bed 😡

It was dirty
