We love how close it is to the beach Pismo area

There is only one microwave for the whole 1st and second floor. It is small. Also the refrigerator is so small hardly anything fits. I’ve stay at other affordable hotels and they have large refrigerators with freezer and microwave in each room! It just doesn’t make sense to put so much for the location but have very little in rooms.

The location was perfect very walking distance to everything in Pismo!

The carpet was bit old and when booking they didn’t say I was booking a bottom floor room away from the main building of the hotel and that parking wasn’t included in my stay. It was $25 a day.

The location was right by the pier and restaurants

The price for a simple room is very expensive and I was disappointed to see we were not in the main building but the annex which is much less to be desired. The room was rather dirty with stains and a large amount of dead bugs in the tub. Very disappointing as I used to love to stay at the sandcastle and looked forward to experiencing the refurbishment

So so, only one is good for closing the beach

No microwave, AC doesn’t cold enough, no balcony , no bathtub, couldn’t be late for a while

You can not beat the location of this property. it is beautiful and the outside area is very nice.

The older man at the front desk was rude and he didn’t need to be. We stayed at the second building, not the main building. which I think should have been made aware prior to booking. While the room was fine it wasn’t very clean. the bathroom was kinda gross, there was spider webs in the main room on the ceiling. It makes it hard to go get food from the main hotel when you have to walk across a parking lot and in our cause it was raining. and with young kids it’s out of the question. when your spending almost $300 night I expect way better.
