Your staff was great- from the front desk to the breakfast room. Great selection for breakfast. I loved the welcome for my husbands service dog.

I don’t like that you rates go up on the weekends.

It is a pricey place. Everything seems to be monetized.... early checkin, departures, slight room changes etc.

The only downside was the fact that the hotel doesn’t have restaurant, and the ones close by had a waiting time of 2 hours…the breakfast was okay but I guess it should be better for the price of the stay specially the coffee…. it in general doesn’t bother me its just an opinion

Nothing not to like!

All the rooms have an ocean view- some even have an open patio to the pool as well as the ocean. There are numerous spots throughout the property to sit and enjoy the ocean views as well as direct access to the beach.

The rooms have a wall heater and the breakfast is similar to a mid class hotel chain with a waffle machine, oatmeal and some scrambled eggs.

requested a top floor room was given a bottom floor and the person over us was clomping around all night . we didnt get any rest

Staff, Location, Pricing

Bed was alittle too firm for our taste, even with the pillowtop added. Luckily we had 2 cushy sleeping bags in car and slept ontop of comforter added ontop of all that. Then was comfy.

Great location and accommodation, but it's the staff that stand out. Danielle excels as Front Office Manager, and Areany meets all guests with a warm and helpful smile and attitude - all of which is VERY appreciated after a 4 hour drive! Accommodation is great. The rooms are very spacious, clean and well designed. And the location is perfect! This was my favorite hotel on my drive from LA to San Francisco.

Pool was outside sliding glass doors so was unable to open until 10pm to see the view

#1 the location was beautiful #2 the staff was pleasant,friendly and helpful #3 really enjoyed the swinging chairs with the ocean views even saw the blow spouts from passing whales

We had to keep taking our room door cards back to office 3 times in one day...

Breakfast was a very decent continental meal. Not oatmeal, fluffy eggs, waffle maker. Good coffee. Fruits and yogurts and juices weee available. The lone woman in charge of the breakfast area was great.

One can hear traffic noise from pacific coast highway. I live close to a freeway and so it was not particularly unpleasant. Ear plugs are a must. The soothing ocean offset that slight annoyance.
