Breakfast had good quality and variety, although somewhat limited when we ate. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very cordial and efficient.

The room had a mild musty aroma. Hall carpets were unkempt.

I know there’s a nation wide lack of labor , but there was room cleaning available some days so hard to get own towels, toilet paper etc. But I appreciated the sign. at the front desk informing of the situation.

The room was not as nice as I had hoped for. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The amenities, soap, shampoo etc. were not super nice. We could not figure out how to use the shower head - there were two. The one that worked was low.

The elevator was crowded, and it took a long time to get the elevator to arrive for you needed it in the morning. There were too few tables to sit out for breakfast. The room seemed dated but clean. The air conditioning was hard to regulate. It would get hot and then cold throughout the night in the room.

We loved staying here. It was a great location, easy to find, very clean. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit family here.

I didn’t care too much for the breakfast, but I can be picky so not fault to them. My husband liked it though.

Above all, we like the piano music heard in the hallway & the lobby; very comforting!

The oranges among the items for the breakfast was dry.

Very clean and comfortable. Small glitch because we booked using a third party, but that minor issue was dealt with quickly by the staff.

So many choices for breakfast. Breakfast hours till 10am even during a weekday. Noon checkout! Hotel is very close to the highway, easy to find.

The Breakfast!!

The room was outdated. Baseboards were separating from walls.The carpet was soiled,beds were LITTLE & UNCOMFORTABLE!!!

My room was very clean! Even little details like corners and under the furniture was spotless! The area was quiet and the staff was friendly.

I didn’t appreciate that the window could only be opened about 2 inches. I was on an upper floor not sure if that’s the same for lower floor rooms. Incase of an emergency like a fire how am I supposed to get out if I can’t leave through the room door? What if someone broke in through the main door of my room? it just isn’t safe to trap people one way in and one way out. It was also a beautiful night I would have loved to sleep with the window open to get a breeze.
