El desayuno está muy bien y la habitación también.

Envíe mensaje al alojamiento porque se me olvidó el cargador del móvil para comprobar que estaba allí y nunca me contestaron. Tuve que volver durante dos horas en coche para comprobar en persona que estaba allí. Por suerte pude recuperar el cargador del móvil, pero no el adaptador (todo estaba junto...)

Rooms are outdated, privacy and no safety of the premises.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also in a great location to get to restaurants. Staff were very friendly too. Very good value.

I am furious that they require a deposit of $100 where other hotels in the same area do not. But even though, we left the room clean and intact, we even removed our own garbage and the staff who checked us out said the deposit would be returned after 11 am 2/28/2024 - it is still not returned, and my bank doesn't hold money when it's returned. So the faculty is still holding onto the money and for what reason? This reason alone is why I'll never ever go there again. I will book with another hotel that doesn't treat customers this way. $100 is a lot of money these days.

I flew from Tucson, Arizona to Chicago O'Hare for my mother's memorial and to visit lifelong friends. The location of the SureStay was excellent as I took the Van Galder bus to Rockford and the bus terminal was right across the street from the motel. My relatives ate a lot at the Thunder Bay Grill next door so that was a great asset as well. The staff of the SureStay all were fantastic especially Vee, the lady at the front desk; she was extremely kind and answered all my questions. All staff were great there at the front desk and the cleaning crew were also fantastic. You all get an A+ as I work in education. When I come back to Rockford, my hometown, next year, I am definitely coming back to the SureStay. The SureStay is in a great location, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and offers great value prices.

The road noise is a little loud in front of the building so I asked to be moved into the back of the building and it was quiet and I loved it!!!!
