Everything was disgusting, ceiling leaking dead bugs on counters, mouse droppings in cabinets shower filthy. Did not stay. We left and they refused refund.

It was drug infested and very unsafe. Didn’t even stay here and didn’t get a refund. Family safety was more important.

I made a reservation months prior to arriving. When I got there they didn’t have the room I had reserved so I had to wait almost an hour for them to find a room for me that was clean and had working ac. When I finally got a room it was disgusting. There was gunk all in the fridge, the floors had food all over them. The upstairs toilet was backed up and was full of who knows what. The downstairs toilet barely flushed. We had a total of 4 towels for 6 days. Housekeeping never came by our room. Everything from the banister to the walls and furniture was sticky. There was also ants and cockroaches.

Did not stay..place was not as pictured or discribed... horrible. I could not get any money back from them. How do you expect someone to stay in An unhealthy environment of mold & mildew.. is there any way to get some sort of refund????

Nothing at all other than the catfish online pictures. It looked nothing like the pictures neither inside nor outside.
The jacuzzi didn't work, the room was filthy, there were bugs both dead and alive everywhere. The staff was less than hospitable and very rude to my 12 yr old when she only asked for a trash bag. Stains everywhere. It was so horrible.

Rooms have a full kitchen including full size fridge, stove/oven, sink, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots pans skillet, dishwasher. The location is close to everything in Bossier and not too far from Shreveport. Front desk staff extremely friendly.
The value was average but only due to the added bonus of the full kitchen. Poor housekeeping with unvacuum carpets, trash on floor under bed and furniture including a used condom. At night, saw roaches climbing the wall, also saw few dead roaches. Tiles in restroom against wall coming loose. Bad paint job. Water has weird smell and taste. This is pretty much your typical motel with an added kitchen. If you need a kitchen, then ok, otherwise...

To When we got ther to check in at 3 because check in time was 3 no one was in the office to check in an they said be back in hour so we didn't get to check in till 4 an when she finally check us in an told us what room 912 she said I can't remember but you might not have any electricity in your room so we got to the room no electricity we had to walk up to were we check in to let her know so she could come flip the braker on an it was hot in are room this is July its hot down south
