Everything was disgusting, ceiling leaking dead bugs on counters, mouse droppings in cabinets shower filthy. Did not stay. We left and they refused refund.

It was drug infested and very unsafe. Didn’t even stay here and didn’t get a refund. Family safety was more important.

I made a reservation months prior to arriving. When I got there they didn’t have the room I had reserved so I had to wait almost an hour for them to find a room for me that was clean and had working ac. When I finally got a room it was disgusting. There was gunk all in the fridge, the floors had food all over them. The upstairs toilet was backed up and was full of who knows what. The downstairs toilet barely flushed. We had a total of 4 towels for 6 days. Housekeeping never came by our room. Everything from the banister to the walls and furniture was sticky. There was also ants and cockroaches.
