did not get a handicap room , door safety lock missing . coffee machine was broke. food was not good . short on supplies . just very disappointed . could not sleep bed was uncomfortable and pillows were worse.

I only liked the fact that it was very convenient to get to the interstate

The bathtub area was too small with a grab handle right in the shower area that made it difficult to shower and I was booked for a double room with 2 double beds that i didn't get .. I was given a room with only 2 be ds in it instead of the 4 beds that I was originally booked for with booking.com

The staff was nice

They had roaches, never deposit my $50 back to my card, the doors need new locks on it very unsafe

it was a terrible experience. The room smelled moldy when we walked in. There was a large whole in the comforter we slept with, every time you turned off the TV you had to have someone come and reset it to be able to watch TV so the first night we slept with the TV on all night the second night we turned it off but couldn’t watch it in the morning- just static, the couch in the room had a giant hole in the cushion, every lamp shade in the room Was either broke or molded. The hand towels or dirty and stained, The ice bucket lid was broke, The bathroom faucet was rusted, the small refrigerator’s seal was cracked and broke. the carpet looked very dirty. When we checked in, they asked if we wanted a downstairs and I said yes- And they charged me an extra $17.33 as an upgrade. She never told me that staying downstairs was going to cost more money. It just showed up on my bank charge.

Room was dirty. Easy chair was dirty and stained. We put towels on arms so they would be clean on contact. When walking on carpet soles of feet were black due to dirty carpets. Left

Our bathroom floor WAS NOT MOPPED. You could see spots all over that were unidentifiable. I don't want to think of what it could be (urine or worse).
