Full kitchen with large refrigerator, microwave, stovetop. The rooms are not fancy but very clean and the price was great based on the full kitchen, plates, coffee, desk and dining room table. Major kudos to Carlos at the Tucson/Grant Road location. I live in Phoenix, but had to stay for several weeks (minus weekends)…in Tucson to help care for a family member’s elder care. He was excellent! This is how guests should be treated. Thank you.

During one of my stays…unexpected elevator maintenance. Was stuck on the 3rd floor for hours and late for an appointment as the items I had were too heavy to carry down the stairs 1 by 1

It was quiet, clean and comfortable (loved the recliner, ironing board, ample closet space, and the kitchenette), in a good location, I felt safe, and mostly the staff was OUTSTANDING. There was an issue with the payment I had already made in advance through Booking and which wasn't being sent to them, preventing the system from checking me in. They went above and beyond to resolve the issue. They handled back and forth calls with Booking and their company's higher ups to force the reservation through so I could check in while they figured out how to get from Booking the money I had already paid. They were very patient despite the utterly frustrating situation, and kept me updated. They also kindly gave me a muffin when I missed the next morning's breakfast after my very late check in :)

My room was underwhelming (badly in need of an update, small TV, only one nightstand, glitching lights), so in my opinion it is overpriced, but it was still a pleasant, comfortable stay and I'd recommend it just because you will be well taken care of.

Location

Room was not as advertised there was no easy chair in the room. When the staff got one it did not operate easy. Breakfast was a joke just old muffins granola bars and hot drinks. I was told by the staff that breakfast does not mean a hot breakfast Why doesn't the decription relate to the conditions the hotel intends to provide

Carpet was old, ugly, and badly stained.

it was extremely noisy, my door didn’t lock properly so I didn’t feel safe. the traffic noise was very loud. won’t stay there again.

The property was very clean, convenient location to the hospital and staff was very friendly.

The bed was so hard. I didn’t sleep at all. I took catnaps in the lounge chair in the room. The second night I was so exhausted that a fell into a 2 hour sleep on the bed and when I woke up I was so sore I could barely walk. The mattress I’m sure was an ultra firm. I personally feel they should go to at least medium firmness for a hotel.

The room next to me had a couple with kids that ran up and down the breezeway all night, they stood outside of their room smoking pot, they had a dog that would growl at you and act aggressive when when you tryed to get to your room and they stood outside my room partying like the were tailgating.
