Close to family. Nice gentleman at reception. Location

It was dirty, bathroom really dirty. Old blood stain in comforter. Linen really old.

The only thing I like about this place is the location.

The breakfast is getting worse every time we go there. Also, Although I asked, they didn't provide me with a receipt at our checkout.

All of the staff was nice and helpful. The room was very clean and smell clean too it was roomy had a frigerator and (microwave,but they could upgrade it) And the sidewalk attached to the front to take a walk to get your breakfast and the breakfast was good also.. My granddaughter that we were going down there to take to Shan'es children's hospital to have some test ran She left a note for the next visitors that it was nice and comfy like home And it was like Home to her.. Thank you all 😊

The only thing That I saw wrong was that they did not have any elevators if you were on another floor.😔 But they were nice enough to ask me if I wanted the bottom floor or a second floor? 😊So I told them I preferred the bottom floor since I had just had surgery last week ..And that is when I asked about the elevators and found this out That they didn't have elevators at all ,They just had stairs..

Location of the hotel is great and very close to the university. nearby is an arbys and Ihop. there is sufficient parking. and the rooms seem to have recently been refurbished.

the bed sheets of the room where dirty and torned (holes in the sheets). I alerted management and said they would fix it but it turned out they not only did not change the bed sheets. they didnt even cleaned the room. the towels were not changed.

it was dirty…we had no hot water, tepid at best. staff was very pleasant.
