NOTHING!!!!!! Did not stay at the facility and called booking to make a complaint and to request a refund and I still haven’t gotten a refund or reply. All I’m getting is emails asking about how my stay was. I received a email that night and said I would hear from the hotel within 9 hours and it’s been almost 24 hours and still nothing.
The front desk clerk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We asked where we could park and she said she didn’t know and if we blocked anyone in she would have us towed. I couldn’t stay there so expect my refund immediately!!!!!!

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable. The refrigerator in the room was very helpful.

I loved the staff's personality. They were friendly and hospitable.
The guest above our room let their children run late at night when we were trying to sleep.

The room was perfect. My wife has a vision impairment so easy accessable walk-in shower was a tremendous help to her

Was not worth the money bathroom in room dirty saw a roach breakfast was horrible swimming pool water was dirty look like never been cleaned

The location was nice
The hotel was very old, the linens was dirty, the chrome throughout the room was rusty, carpet dirty, shower didn’t get hot, the blanket needs to be replaced. I will NEVER stay at that location again!!!

We found it easy check in, courteous staff, convenient location, and a good breakfast. We slept well in peace. Good size fridge and room amenities. Overall pretty good for $120 for family of 5.
On the downside, we did find a clean pack of socks with one pair missing in the coat closet. That said, the "missing pair" was balled up in the dresser drawer under the TV. It made for a good laugh as to why.... so not bad just odd. Housekeeping must have missed then or decided gloves are no match for them.

Nothing they're rude and choice hotels said they got me another room where I had more issues because they charged my card at the other hotel after i was told there was NO Charge! . Worst company ever!

Also, would not give me a room until 3 pm that day and it was 6 am and I had booked and paid for the room. This is what you call theft of services. I have always booked through booking.com for work and pleasure, however, I no longer will since Booking.com did nothing whatsoever to make this wrong, right? I also will never recommend this hotel, the desk attendant is very rude.....
