Location and handicap room was accommidating

People hanging around outside the rooms

The bed was comfortable. Allowed dogs.. Room to walk dogs.

Lacked cleanliness. Never used shower Trash was left at the door inside. Crack around door. Little uneasy.

We needed a room to stay in due to new years...upon returning to our room we noticed bugs all over our bathroom sink.

Thier was bugs on the wall spiders 5 of the I hit with my slippers took a picture of the bug on the wall.Bath room floor was sticky not enough towels for 2 people tryed to call the front desk and the phone was not working.i won't stay thier again

Bed was comfortable and the staff were very nice.

BIG FAIL on cleanliness - we found mold in the coffee maker (A LOT OF MOLD - like water was left in the reservoir for a long long time and was never looked at or cleaned) Also, a little bit of poop was smeared on the outside of the toilet bowl. A few cob webs hanging in the corners of the room. I knew it was a seedy hotel when I booked, which is fine, I don't mind the occasional junkie on site, as long as it is clean. It wasn't clean to a normal motel standard, that is why the low score.

Very nice staff and convenient location

People outside our room at night loud on there phone , slamming door and in and out of car. Hard time trying to sleep..

Shower floor wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot stick inside of front door is/was so dirty deadbolt did not close not a good door seal could see outside burn holes all over linens (sheets blanket coverlet) broken window and tape on screen
