The girl on the front desk was extremely sweet and helpful. She was great! The shower was amazing, with hot water and excellent pressure. The place was pretty clean.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Definitely the worst I've slept in my life. So hard that I had back pain in the morning. Also the pillows where filled with air. I had to use 3 to sleep comfortable. The breakfast was good, but extremely disorganized. At some point they didn't had any clean plates and it wasn't even 10 am. If the breakfast ends by 10:30am, you would expect them to keep sending more clean dishes. Also there was so many kids on the hotel, running unsupervised and making a mess. They woke me up twice playing with the ice machine that was in from of my room. I would expect them to not allow kids at least on the top level. I paid more for that because lower levels usually are super noisy. Even the staff was getting stressed about those kids running around and I heard someone say if they fall it was their own karma.

Over the weekend, lots of kids running the halls and up and down the stairs close to our room. During the week it was very quiet, but it appeared some young sports teams were in town for the weekend. Also, a microwave in the room would have been helpful.

Cleanliness is the sole necessity when I pick any hotel so I was very pleased with our room! The room was very spacious and clean! It had a nice living room area and a small wall panel to separate it from the bed area, both of which you could enjoy the TV from because it was on a wall mount that could turn. It was pretty quiet at night and there were no issues with any of the appliances provided.

The only complaint if I could make one is that the room lacked a microwave. There is a kitchen area in the lobby but being that we were on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient to not be able to heat food whenever we needed and not have to leave our room.

Nighttime construction was very loud. We were woken up several times through the night v cause of the loud construction. I wish this would have been disclosed so we could have chose a better option. facility was clean and nice but a regrettable experience.

Really like the room set up and the staff was very friendly.

It had a few spot that could have been cleaned better and there is lots of road construction right before the hotel which makes traffic a nightmare!
