All staff was friendly and efficient. Check in was easy. Liked having a veterans parking spot out front but there was only one spot. Room was great. Hot tub and pool were clean and well kept. Breakfast was good.
Can’t say there was anything I didn’t like. Best place we’ve stayed at in a very long time.

The hotel is in a good central location, clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It is a pet friendly facility. The free breakfast is good. The convenience of laundry facilities.

Easy to find lots of room
When you pulled in to register car parking was difficult due to all the red for fire which said no parking so there is limited space to pull in under drop off area

Breakfast was great. Fresh fruit,cereal,eggs,,bacon,sausage,biscuits,gravy,pastries.,juice,fresh coffee. We had a King suite. It had a bedroom ,sitting room and bathroom. Refrigerator,microwave,and coffee maker were in the sitting room. Very spacious. Lots of parking. Staff was exceptional. Restaurants and shopping all around. Bentonville town square is a10 minute drive. Crystal bridge museum is close. This is a great convenient place to stay..
Trash cans outside need to be kept up with and emptied. We had high wind during our stay and trash gets blown around in the parking lot and grounds.

The hotel was clean and nice. The pool and hot tub were okay. The breakfast was good and the stay was nice.
The staff was not the friendliest but that was okay we weren’t needing anything or staying long.

Great location. Easy check-in. The staff was friendly. We were out of town for a ball tournament. We stayed one night. My son and I used the workout room. We enjoyed that. The pool area was nice. We loved the breakfast. There were lots of choices. The room was clean. For the most part the bed was comfortable. I slept in an indention from where the bed was worn. It was overall a nice experience.
The hotel was nice and clean. It did not stink but when we walked in you could tell they allowed pets by the smell. The workout area smelled very musty. We used the equipment anyway.

The breakfast was good and the dining facility was clean.
We didn't have a stopper in our bathtub. Management said they couldn't find one. My husband had to make one out of a plastic cup. Our refrigerator never did get cold. Our a/c wasn't working properly. The half pillows (?) were very uncomfortable. We had a dog barking next door.

I liked the room, the lighting options and the bed was comfortable.
The price. The room was very expensive. It's just the result of gouging in the area. Not much anyone can do.
