Desk staff was polite and friendly. Location was convenient adjacent to Raymond James stadium and within 8 minutes from the airport. Nearby attractions convenenet as well.

Beds were poor, uncomforatble and outdated. The "pillows' would pass for dog beds. Paint was bubbling and falling off the ceiling during the one night we stayed. Cleanliness was absolutlely the last priority to this management staff. Hair, dirt and dust clouded the bathroom and bed spaces. The adjoining room door didn't seal tight and I had to listen to the neighbors "extracurricular activities" most of the night, at some points they may as well have been in the same room there was no difference.

The lobby had a smell. the key didn’t work. the room had an even worse smell and bugs also looks NOTHING like the pictures. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Location was very close to airport

The room was extremely smelly and the carpet and bathroom were very dirty and unsanitary.

To be honest, that was the worst place that I stayed. Even the price for nights was affordable.

No warm water, there are a lot of roaches, a lot of noises from the next room, and they were knocked on the door (the door that connects the rooms) all night. They have hard beds and meke noises with any movement. The main office smells like meadow. Apparently, the A/C doesn't work.

The bed was lumpy and very uncomfortable. The toilet would only flush half the time, the faucet in the bathtub was leaking. Rooms need to be painted and updated

The staff had a very poor attitude they were not helpful at all anything I had questions about I had to pretty much figure out myself. The bed sheets were stained and the room smelled of mildew not to mention the roaches that kept crawling along the wall and even within the fridge which was also not cleaned out by the way . The beds were worn out and the walls are so thin the neighbors were loud and rude

It was a walking distance from the stadium.

It was the filthest place we've ever been. Dirty mirrors (probably with puke), stained covers, slow drain on the sink, the toilet hasn't been cleaned... I think they sprayed some bleach before we got there to fake cleaning, cause it wasn't clean. The parking lot smelled like human feces We just didn't drive back home because we both had drinks during the concert

The rooms was in critical condition Crack in the floor , shower, sink and AC unit. Total was so horrible because they told us you can smoke but people do it and the outdoor is really nasty 🤮.

Roaches in my room.

It was CREEPY. You have to drive all the way down this lot to get to it. When I got off the car, there were some trucks around. Go into lobby, desolate. When I went to my room, I passed a room where a mamn had the window covers fully open and he was just staring outside at me as I passed while he smoking a cigarette. Turns out i was next to this man which made me feel EXTREMELY uncomfortable. Then I try to get into my room without him hearing me bc im alone and a woman & I don't want him to know I'm next to Jim. I get into the room, there is dried blood on the door. Everything is dusty. There are no screws on the bathroom fixtures which I found odd. The bottome of the sink was hollow but torn up. At this point it is 11:30pm at night and I'm hearing trucks pulling up. I call my fiance and he books me a room at LA quinta bc im feeling really scared like at any point a man is going to knock on my room and try to get in. I even barricaded the door while inside. I was there in the room a good 20 mins before I got my things and left the property. The man was STILL at the curtain watching. I didn't even get a refund. I would like a refund as I didn't even stay the Night let alone an hour.

Room was clean. Fridge and microwave in room.

The stairwell and hallway are pretty gross. Wouldn’t use the ice maker if you paid me. Bed was completely sinked.

Location: Within walking distance of athletic venues. Less than 6 miles from airport.

The quality of the room was poor, room smelled of damp/mold. Although I was advised that the heating in the room was inoperable, I believe that it should be operable at all times. After being in the room for an hour and a half and no space heater available, I had to result in buying a space heater. The sink did not provide cold water, safety issue. The front desk was made aware at check out.

very stinky. filthy . .there is hair everywhere in the bathroom. hair dryer is broken. cockroaches are everywhere. pastel blanket burnt through. the carpet is dirty. terrible place

Front desk staff was super helpful and went over and beyond.

It is very close to the Bucs stadium and has free parking.

the room and its surrounds were filthy dirty, with hair, blood and other marks everywhere. We didn’t feel safe here either and the internal decor is nothing like that images they use to promote the motel. Even for motel standards, this is awful.
