The location to where we needed to go was perfect! Beds were comfortable. Love the shower!

The room was clean but smelled musty. The WiFi SUCKED! I left my iPhone charger block in the room (I know I did) and called them, never heard back. A really good place would mail it to me.
The manager was nice and the maid was really nice.
The WiFi was horrible. I could only get a signal if I stood at the window or outside the room. My bed was at the front window too. No place to hang your clothes either. The pool was closed our first night there too.

Diatance to Hampton Beach was nice and close.
Well, lets see... the fact of room pictures on the website VS REALITY. The sham on bed was all stained, supposed to be a maroon in color and it was spotted orange... the walls are partical board painted over, the walls weren't painted in spots where things had been replaced. Cobwebs in every corner, the shower had mold stains and hard water scum in the tub. The toilet seat wasn't tight it kept slipping to the side. The drug dealing we witnessed at night was horrendous, the other side of the parking lot, must be motel rooms rented as housing, traffic and people coming from across the street from another motel to " meet up " with people pulling in and out. Ill stop here....its not for families, its more for your 20's .... save your money folks! Worth about 2 🌟

Check in was easy and efficient, room was perfect for what we needed. We arrived by bicycle and there was space in the room to store our bikes. Wonderful little refrigerator. Not fussy but exactly what we were looking for. Pool looked nice but we didn't have time on this trip.
N/A. Everything was great. Picnic tables right outside the room where we ate our dinner. All good by us.

There wasn't anything to like in the room - the smell of smoke was so strong that we developed headaches and nausea within 15-20 minutes after entering the room. We DID NOT reserve a smoking room even though the man in the office said that we did.
The smell in the room was so offensive that we checked out within 90 minutes of arriving. The man in the office refused to refund our $$ and didn't offer any other room. We were physically sick for approximately 4 hours after leaving the property and were forced to return home late that night.
