This hotel was TERRIBLE!!!!! We were made to stay in a smoking room and my son who has asthma could barely breathe! It was non-refundable so we didn’t leave but we had medications for him. Also we noticed at night there was a large rock propping open the back door so anyone could just walk in… When we left in the morning the rock was gone… This place seemed pretty shady! Will not book again!!!

When we got there the outside and inside smelled of marijuana strong. Even inside our room smelled strong of it. The room was very nasty. The chair had stains all over it. Our daughter has breathing issues and we couldn’t stay and had to leave to find another hotel. When we asked for a refund for our two nights we was given a hassle. Only getting one night refunded. Even after continuing to call for 6 day's. I DO NOT recommend to stay here. Very horrible experience.

I liked the proximity to AUM, restaurants, and gas stations. The staff was very friendly and everyone was respectful of your space. The rooms were very spacious and accommodated my party of five splendidly.

I felt the continental breakfast was lacking. Aside from a small assortment of cereal, yogurt and juice it was very disappointing. I would have been happier to see fresh fruit and pancakes as well. There were cobwebs under the bed, dressers and ac unit. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in quite some time.

The clerk at check-in was rude. She talked on the phone, a private conversation, the entire time. A paying customer deserves better. The room smelled of smoke but I made the mistake of booking a smoking room. Take note when booking that smoking and non-smoking rooms are offered. I asked for a non-smoking room but none were available. There is no elevator for the upper floors. The room was fine and the bed comfy. The lobby was closed off when I left at 6:00 the next morning, which is unusual. I dropped the card off in a drop box. Some sort of breakfast was offered but I left before the food was available. A disappointing stay.
