They accomadated me with an early check in w/out a high charge! Very understanding about my early need for sleep

The vending machines were not stocked and one was broken

Renu, at the front desk, was AMAZING! She knows her stuff and made a pleasant stay even better

Bathroom was not as clean as it has been during other stays in different rooms.

No coffee maker, no shampoo, air conditioner was a little load like something was loose, a lot of road noise from the highway in front!

The check-in was quick. The room was clean with a comfortable bed and the shower was hot.

I didn't appreciate being pressured by the man doing housekeeping to leave him a tip. It was brought up to me several times., Only negative thing I have to say.

Turned around and left the property within an hour of arrival. upon entering the room, several baby roaches were seen throughout the bathroom and room. bugs had to be washed down the tub drain, bugs crawling on bathroom wall, toilet and side of tub, bugs crawling on chair at eating table. I called the front desk to let them know there were bugs, in which I was told they do not have bugs at their property. When advising that I had pictures, she quickly said she would send housekeeping. when he arrived he picked the bugs up from the table chair and took it outside the room and flicked it off his hand. In addition to the bugs, there were several spots of unknown nasty things on the walls. The front desk would not refund or cancel our reservation, instead wanted to move us to another room. I then contacted Booking who talked with the property, and the lady at the front desk confessed to them that they do have bugs right now due to pipes/heating/air issues. I chose this motel based on such good and high reviews, but what I experienced was completely different. I will never book here again.
