very good location

We have stayed at the resort for at least 10 times. In recent years, the services have gone down year after year, and this year it was the worst. Some of the key services have disappeared. There was no ski valet anymore, and no bottled water at the gym. Although there is a water machine, but oftentimes there were no cups. The hot tub was also closed. It was very disappointing that our favorite resort has become a place we no longer enjoy much.

the layout of the buildings and floors were a bit confusing. It took a while to get used to where everything was.

there was a lot of construction going on but it wasn’t a huge deal. I also wish there was an airport shuttle because getting a Uber/Lyft was difficult at times.

Upon arrival, front desk informed me that I didn’t have a reservation even after I showed them my booking.com reservation. I drove 8 hours in snowstorm just to spend another 2 hours trying to sort out why property didn’t have my reservation. I booked our trip 5 months prior and paid in full. They were no help at all and told me to sort it out myself with booking.com…I eventually got booking.com on the phone and they emailed the property management confirmation. Unacceptable. I will not be returning.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Time for a new mattress. Also, the walk from the room to the parking garage was horrible. About a 10 minute walk each way.

No oversized parking, shower had very minimal water pressure, condo was really small.

The locations is amazing, right on top of Canyons Village lifts. Even though the facilities are under going renovation it was not intrusive at all. The noisiest feature was the Pendry’s, next door, ventilation system, which was super loud even through closed doors and windows. The amenities are fantastic, the pools are striking, ski check and nice little marker with everything you need. The condo I stayed in had a steam shower and an in-room jacuzzi which came in handy after 6-7hours on the slopes. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, including a lovely woman who tried to help me find the lobby even though we didn’t speak the same language.

Walked right to the slopes. Staff was super. outdoor pool and hot tub were great and we were the only ones there all 3 times.

Didn’t know that adult pool was closed and other construction going on. It was still an amazing value, and I assume will be complete soon to make it even more awesome.

lovely facility. Pleasant, comfortable room. We had an off season stay so no skiing but I have to believe it would have been amazing to take advantage of that amenity. Close to Park City which is a lovely town. Great visit!

Lot of construction going on so noise and dust were abundant. However, everyone was friendly, cordial and respectful and the construction did not detract from our stay.

it was confusing getting around the three different lodges that are connected in a U shape. and we were there during lots remodeling.
