The breakfast was only cereal bar and juice.

They advertised a breakfast but it was only coffee, juice, and a granola bar. The entire building smells of weed no matter what floor you are on.

The A/C was pretty good.

I booked this hotel for the pool because I figured it would give me something to do. The window in my room was cracked, the pool was closed (wasn’t even told until after I checked in that it’s been closed for 5 years). It looks NOTHING like the pictures, the smoke detector battery kept going off, the cards to the doors didn’t work half the time, and some of the staff were not so friendly.. shout out to the one house keeper who acted like it wasn’t an inconvenience to do her job though! They could use more staff like you! Over all IT WAS A WASTE OF MONEY!

Staff was incredibly rude. Booked the hotel for the pool. Wasn't told until after we were charged that the pool was out of order. The laundry facilities were down, and we had no TV due to the cable box not working. When we went to the desk to see if they could take care of the TV, the lady came in and messed with the cable box a few minutes then said she didn't know and left.
